Message in a Bottle is a beautiful oceanfront property in the Village of Rodanthe on Hatteras Island. Experience the adventure of a lifetime in this unique oceanfront beach house. With the ocean just steps from your door, closer at high tide, your family is sure to enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep. Wash your cares away with breathtaking sunrises in the morning and cool ocean breezes in the evening. Awaken to the sounds of birds looking for their catch and enjoy watching dolphins playing just offshore. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oceanfront deck before heading off to search for treasures while strolling along the beach.
Recently fully renovated inside, the top level at Message in a Bottle boasts a breakfast bar and dining area, which can be prepared in the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen! Enjoy some streaming entertainment on one of the homeâs new Smart TVs, deal a hand of cards at the card table while watching the amazing sunset views, sip a cool drink on the sundeck or just curl up with a good book in the loft area. For your convenience, there is also a half bath located on this level.
When you are ready for that downtime, the first level offers four bedrooms to choose from: a queen en suite with private bath and an oceanfront deck; a queen bedroom with a semi-private bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; another queen bedroom; and a pyramid bunk with a trundle bedroom that also has a private deck.
The water activities in the Rodanthe area are endless with swimming, surfing, and fishing available on the ocean side, and kiteboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding and more on the sound side. Guests at this property can enjoy public access to Pamlico Sound or play a match of tennis on the public courts.
Message in a Bottle has had extensive remodeling, including interior paint throughout, new furniture, appliances and accessories, bedding, mattresses, a new hot tub, and new beachy decor. New Smart TVs with upgraded WiFi too!
