Great place to stay for the Red River Gorge area. The cabin was a good value, however, some more attention to house keeping would be an improvement. There were a couple of very minor issues we ran across. Very good value, though. I would stay here again. Be aware of the very narrow road up to this property and know the steps are a work out! No real complaints!

Hill to get there wasn't bad. Had a little corolla. Was able to turn around where we parked. Stairs up were not bad. Unfortunately, the floors were a bit dirty, and my wife didnt like the hairs on the sheets and pillow cases(though them seemed to have been washed). Otherwise, a nice cabin, but was pricey compared to many others we have stayed in.

We loved our stay at this cabin! My husband and I went and enjoyed the space it offers for a good price and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and there were lots of movies left with the dvd player. Things that were awesome: - jacuzzi tub was clean and relaxing - fire pit and there was firewood left over - mostly secluded (you have one neighbor and they were building a cabin on the other side) - quiet - balconies - spacious - close to natural bridge state park and trails (9 min drive) -satellite TV - lots of pans and dishes - grill included -gas stoveThings that could be improved: - cleanliness (the microwave was dirty and there were some dirty dishes in the cupboard) - the upstairs bed was indented and hard to sleep onOverall I would stay here again! It was a good experience and a very relaxing and peaceful stay.

It was a little hard to park two cars (we met friends from a different state). It was clean but there wasn't really any way to unpack from the suitcase without a dresser, and the bathroom in the upstairs suite is really tiny. It may be helpful to label the light switches. But the stairs were not a problem and we had a good weekend. The area is beautiful and I will miss my coffee spot in the mornings (see ohoto).

Nice cabin close to lots of outdoors

The stay was good overall, clean place, good location. Our first night there was a fox barking right outside the bedroom window that woke me up, but everyone else slept through it.

The condo was clean, cute, had everything we needed. The pool and restaurant downstairs were wonderful! The sunrise view from our balcony was gorgeous!

Stay at Hickory Heights

This cabin fit our needs well. The team was always responsive and easy to work with. The cabin was clean and I liked that it was close to many of the main activities in RRG. Would recommend and stay again.

Thanksgiving in a cabin

We enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was in the perfect location, close to the natural bridge and red River gorge scenic loop. The cabin was comfy and clean. We felt right at home. We will definitely come again.

Very nice and well kept. My daughter called it our tree house. She loved that big bathtub(jacuzzi) Only thing was her climbing the stairs, might want to bring your own baby gates.

Great location but slightly dirty

The location was good and parking/driving was easy. But the cabin floors were very dirty and they didn't provide many cleaning supplies. But I'd stay here again for the amount of space and location.

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Check in and check out was easy and right down the street. Good communication with host. The location of the cabin is great and a quick easy drive up into the mountain. Parking was big enough I could easily turn my Escalade ESV around. There are some stairs gong up from the parking to the front door but we were staying there to hike the area so stairs were not really a problem for us or our dog. Is the cabin new, no, but we thought it was nice especially for the price and views. Cabin had everything we needed and if it didn't there were 2 gas stations right before the entrance to go up to it.

The cabin was just like it said. HOWEVER... the cleanliness was absolutely awful. We are not ones to complain as we visit many places. This particular cabin was bad. I understand cobwebs and dust in a wooded cabin. I also understand its a cabin thar allows pets. So we didnt expect it to be immaculate. What we did expect was clean towels and showers. There were literally medication patches stuck to the shower walls. The towels had stains on them. There was hair stuck to the shower walls we we arrived. Just being honest in hopes it helps. We gave stayed at multiple cabins in the RRG and this was by far the worst experience.
