Centerport is a beautiful community on the North Shore of Long Island, in Suffolk County, about an hour and a half from Manhattan. Centrally located, it is 8 minutes to the Village of Huntington, with over 100 restaurants and many shops and boutiques. To the east, a quick 6 minute car ride takes you to the cozy little Village of Northport, with many restaurants, shops, marina and waterfront park.

The Pond House is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom property with 2 fireplaces, an in-ground heated swimming pool and 115â of waterfront property with a dock that leads down to the water. Set back 200â from the street on a long, private driveway, The Pond House is the ideal spot for getting away and relaxing. With lots of privacy.
