Welcome to our cozy home away from home which offers comfort and practicality. We are pleased to offer a fully furnished mid to longterm rental, ideal for transitioning families, students and traveling professionals, particularly those in the healthcare industry. Our property is strategically located near multiple hospitals and universities, making it a perfect choice for those with temporary work/school assignments or rotations.

I've had the pleasure of owning this building for over 20 years and have seen how the neighborhood has evolved into the multi-cultural hardworking community it is today. Our cozy apartment has been created to give you a home away from home feel. Newly rehabbed, clean and full of basic amenities that promotes success for the busiest families and professionals. Less than 15 minutes away from Jackson Park, South Shore, Trinity and University of Chicago Hospitals. 15 minutes drive to the beach or the Museum of Science and Industry. We have our own personal chef and catering company that you're available to book upon request. The property is located 1 block away from a Chicago Park District that provides sports, tennis, a community summer swimming pool and a walking path. Or just sitting in the park and bird or people watching is always an option. Close transportation and shopping. Weekly housekeeping included in booking.
