With two spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this home is ideal for families, friends, or couples looking to experience all that Telluride has to offer.
The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area boast high ceilings and large windows on every floor, filling the space with natural light and offering stunning views of the ski area. Cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes, or step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air while grilling with family and friends. Lodging In Telluride is a locally operated vacation rental management company located in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. We aim to provide our guests with the most friendly, attentive service for your Telluride stay. We are on call in Telluride throughout your stay should you need anything.
We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:
1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!
2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.
3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.
5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
