It was nice, the only thing that sucked was I assumed they would have body wash soap and hair washing stuff because I’m used to that being at places I stay at and there wasn’t so I did have to go purchase those. Next time I will check in with the host and ask prior to make sure they have those type of things. Besides that I enjoyed staying there.

Excellent stay!

This property is great. Central location, extremely spacious, comfortable bed, and communicative host. If you are looking for a great stay in Manhattan, I could not recommend this unit more.

Excellent apartment in general. Excellent location with super easy access to the subway and buses, close to the gran central terminal. The apartment is just as the photo shows, super practical and with a kitchen (you save on food's cost), zero noise in the apartment and was clean. There are restaurants, pharmacies, pizza restaurants nearby.

Very well located appartment

L'appartement est situé au 1er étage, il ne donne pas sur la rue mais sur la cour, à 5 minutes à pieds de Grand Central, dans un quartier où l'on peut trouver tous les restaurants qu'on veut. Ideal pour séjourner à Manathan. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraichissement, le canapé aussi, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une très bonne semaine. Nous gardons et recommandons cette adresse.

Most affordable for the area and everything you need

This was in a great area, very walkable and generally safe. I felt like the price was great for the time of the year and the area as well, but there were just a couple things to consider. The showers felt like a motel shower that need for be recaulked due to mold and a bath mat that was very dirty, so it felt gross to step on with clean feet. Also, not taking any stars off from this because it’s out of their control, but it’s important to note that it is an old building so the heat is controlled by the building and can not be shut off, it was very hot, like 83 degrees, so the only solution was to leave the window open at night, which isn’t safe. But overall for the fact that there’s everything you need for a longer trip, it feels larger than a hotel room, and responsive hosts, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Well-located, clean studio apartment in NYC

My husband and I stayed in this studio apartment for two weeks. The apartment is as-described in the listing and photos, and it was very clean when we arrived. It is well located near Grand Central Station and the UN, with plenty of food options near-by. Despite the central location--a short walk from Times Square, the apartment is located on a quiet street. The management was very responsive; when we reported an issue with the kitchen fan, they sent a repair person the next day. The bed is very comfortable. (The futon couch at the foot of the bed is serviceable but not comfortable to sit on.) Though the studio is cozy, the ceilings are very high, making it feel roomier than it is. There is no elevator, but there are just 24 stairs to the apartment, with a landing in between two sets of stairs. I highly recommend this apartment .
