Wonderful Stay at Portside

The beach house itself was incredibly clean and had everything in it we needed for a family of four for the week. The Portside resort was clean and well-managed with awesome amenities. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and tons of restaurants and activities on the street.

Frank is amazing to rent from! Great communication and the townhouse is stocked with all that is needed for a great stay. The community is very family friendly. We had a great week and would stay again! Thank you Frank!

Home away from Home

Nice property. Beach is within walking distance. Access to everything. So many things was available inside of the townhouse, especially if you had forgotten something. Most importantly, it was clean and beds were comfortable. We met amazing families during our stay.

We had a great time !

We had a great time ! The condo was super clean and had everything you could ever need . Perfect for a family. It had plenty of room , so we were not cramped together. The condos are right across the road from the beach . We parked by the pool and walked to the beach. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. He checked on us several times to make sure things were going smoothly and there were no issues with the condo. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Very clean and comfortable

Frank was great! The cleanliness and comfort of this condo made up for it being slightly older. The only bad thing I can say is that the pool maintenance needed some more care. Our pool was fine, but the other pool was not. Frank was very nice and helpful. There was nothing he could have done about the pools anyway! Will stay there again!

Loved this trip.

Very clean and well organized. The grounds were also tidy and clean. Pools were excellent. Place comes with everything you need. Right across the street is the beach. You can park at the pool and walk over or there is a parking area on the beachside that is very accessible. Absolutely loved it. My questions were also answered promptly, the communication was great.

Great Place To Stay

Had a really good time down in Panama City Beach At Thunder Beach Bike Rally! The place I rented was nice clean and very well kept! Frank was very good with communication's if I needed anything. Highly recommend this place!

Great Place!

Very nice condo across the street and within walking distance to the beach. Great pool area and hot tubs. Condo was very well equipped and was very clean. We prefer the west end of PCB and this fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely return and rent from Frank again!

Absolutely perfect

Owners were fantastic and answered all of our questions. Very thoughtful and helpful during our stay, and this property had everything we needed and more! Very family friendly, kids had plenty of room to run, and condo was fairly quiet and definitely relaxing. Short walk to the beach, lots of activities and very clean and comfortable! Lots of room, even with six of us we had plenty of space. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again! Beach was not crowded, and pools were warm.

Great family trip!

Very family friendly place not located in the overly touristy area but close enough to go if you desire. We did not. We drove to the pool parking lot and walked across to beach every day. Plenty of space in the condo and we even cooked three meals in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Great trip. We’ll be back!

Great condo with 3 nice pools and convenient access to the beach.

The condo was very clean. The pictures represented the place well. People were nice and had great communication about the property. They provided a lot of nice “extras”- gaming system, board games, and brochures of activities in the area.

Great Place

This place had everything (kitchen, small bbq grill, washer & dryer), the location was a ten minute walk to the beach. The family loved the place. The only issue I had was with the lock box, I needed to put the code about 10 times to get the key and then again to put the key back in. Other than that, the stay went flawless

Short walk to the beach!

It was important for us to have a short walk to the beach and access to a pool and this property fit that bill well! Communication with Frank (the owner) was very good and instructions were easy to follow when we arrived and left. The price was very fair as well! It was a great place to stay !
