Welcome to the unique Foxtail Trail! Discover your perfect mountain retreat in this newly constructed home nestled amidst a lush acre of mature trees. This modern three-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant downtown Breckenridge, this property provides easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities
House Layout:
‱ Primary Bedroom (upstairs) – King bed with luxurious en-suite bath, walk-in closet, sitting area, fireplace, and desk.
‱ Bunk Room (upstairs) – Twin-over-Full bunk bed, with a Twin trundle bed
‱ Guest Bedroom (downstairs) – King bed, shared bathroom with common area.
‱ Bonus Room (downstairs) – Two Twin beds.

Enter the inviting main level and be greeted by a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace or entertaining guests. You will love the Smart HD TV and the views from the large windows. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four plus three at the bar with stunning mountain views, while the fully equipped modern kitchen invites you to cook delicious meals.

There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, a workspace, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a deep soaking tub, spacious shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom on this level features a versatile twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin sized pull out trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
Venture downstairs to the lower level and find a cozy den with comfortable seating and a TV. This level also features a bedroom with a king-size bed and French doors leading to the backyard. You will love this newly built, 2395 Sq. Ft. home, with an open layout and beautiful forest views all around. The outside space includes a partial wrap-around deck looking out to the mountains and forest, a propane BBQ, and al-fresco seating. The location combines lovely seclusion just 15 minutes away from the Peak 9 ski access point, and Downtown Breckenridge / Main Street.
Parking for three vehicles is permitted in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking.
What to be aware of:
- You will have access to all of your favorite streaming services but cable is not available.
- No hot tub or air conditioning at this home
- The driveway is steep and 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
- Please review the Good Neighbor Guidelines to ensure all community rules are followed.
- The maximum occupancy is 6. There are more beds, but this is meant to accommodate grouping preferences rather than additional guests.
- Wood-burning fires are not permitted.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they're on the free shuttle route.

Great Option for Winter or Summer

Our adult children joined us for four nights at this terrific house for a ski trip to Breckenridge. The check-in process was very easy. The property managers were great to deal with and very responsive. This neighborhood is a short and manageable drive just south of Breckenridge-10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. The house was modern and comfortable. With the view from the back deck you have the feeling that you are all alone in the wilderness. It would be a great place to say in the summertime as well. We wholeheartedly recommend this house without any reservations.
