I will definitely return to this house on a return trip to Simpsonville. It is clean and exceptionally well-equipped. Communication with Lauren was outstanding; I felt very well taken-care-of. The location is quiet and safe, and it's easy to get to good coffee, ice cream (!), and groceries. Thanks to Will and Lauren for a relaxed, comfortable stay.

Renovated bungalow walking distance to downtown Simpsonville

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The host was extremely thoughtful on her welcome packet, house hold items, and snacks. This is a newly renovated home great for families with young kids.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to leave feedback – we’re thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! We’re sorry to hear the kitchen and dining area felt cold during your visit. We were in touch throughout your stay and would have been more than happy to bring over a space heater. Our co-host Lauren is one of the most responsive and wonderful hosts you could ever have. Your comment is really helpful as we are always looking to improve our house. Safe travels!
