Beautiful cottage

Very clean a little pricey but most places are during thunder on the strip, enjoy our stay there. Would recommend checking it out

Great Time!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. There was updated living room furniture from the pictures and it was very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Quiet retreat

Nice home in a quiet part of Geneva on the lake but within walking distance to the strip. Great amenities and very clean. Great for a nice weekend away

Great property with everything you need to be comfortable

Ample space, nice location, great backyard (though not fully fenced in for dogs!) and all of the amenities to be comfortable on your vacation.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was a girls trip for my bachelorette weekend and the space was perfect!! Always recommend choosing a place with 2 bathrooms for getting ready - you’ll need them!! We loved the backyard too for an evening fire. The decor is cute and the area is well maintained inside and out. Very convenient for walking downtown as well. I absolutely recommend staying here! Thank you to the host!!

Very Nice Property

Check In was very organized and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. We were in the area to visit family so we were really only in the house to go to bed but it had everything a person would want. Thank you Lindsay!

Another wonderful stay

The cottage is in a great location. Walking distance to the main strip. Great place for a family. Plenty of bathrooms. Lindsay was very accommodating when we had a slightly schedule change.

Very clean, nice property

When we checked in, we could smell cleaning products, which was very reassuring. The smell faded, and we enjoyed this property. Close, but not too close, to the strip. Nice quiet area for easy walks to the park. Nice fire pit and outdoor space where we made smores. Overall good property.

Perfect for our 4th Vacation

Property is spotless, everything in working order. Comfortable beds! Grill, fire pit, fenced backyard large picnic table and garage made everything perfect for a family with kids! Thanks again we will definitely be back

Summer getaway

Very clean and nice property for family. I was concerned about size of rooms from pics but room size was good. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and place is somewhat updated. Things that could have been better were grill did not appear to be working and I assumed yard was completely fenced in. There is no gate to enter yard from front of house so there are gaps in fence on both sides of house. If u let your dog off leash then they could easily escape. Also master bedroom lacks dressers and needs a nightstand on left side of bed. Overall great stay

Weekend Away

We had the best experience at the house. Plenty of room for 8 people. We loved having a yard to hang out at. Easy 5-10 min walk to the strip, 15 min drive to Walnut Beach and plenty wineries near by for a short drive! We enjoyed having a garage to park the motorcycle in!

Perfect getaway

I love this house. It was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. There were 7 of us that stayed for my bachelorette party and we all slept comfortably. The house is very clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the house, as we were out doing wine tours and bar hopping, so we all want to go back sometime to be able to enjoy the fenced in backyard and the fire pit. Short walk to the strip and lake. Highly recommended.

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.
