For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300

We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Wonderful but inconvenient

The property was clean and well taken care of. There was a security guard at the front desk at all times. I felt very safe. There was a couple things that were very inconvenient. The WiFi never worked. The bathroom outlets weren’t working, but after communication with the host he contacted maintenance and got them fixed. Then thing that was most inconvenient was the noise censors. I was on a work trip so I was gone all day and basically just slept when I was there. The unit boasts about a noise decibel detector and if you make too much noise it goes against house rules. While I was out I got a text saying I was making too much noise. I contacted the host and explained I wasn’t home. He said the alert was just slightly higher so ignore the message. However that night was my last night and I had an early flight the next morning. I went to be early but around midnight I received two more texts saying I was making too much noise and they were canceling my reservation, I needed to leave the premise immediately and they were calling the police if I didn’t. Well that had be up and worrying for a while. But I decided to stay and try to sleep and wouldn’t you know it, nothing happened. Maybe check the noise censors and rethink communication regarding noise alerts.
