Both refrigerator and freezer would not hold a cold temperature. We could not even keep ice in the freezer. When we arrived, there was a pool of water in front of the freezer which we had to clean up. The floor was buckled in this area suggesting this was an ongoing issue. We notified maintenance and a technician came the next morning. He observed and acknowledged the problem but could not fix. We did not have refrigeration for the whole of our stay. We did not feel enough towels and wash cloths were left for four adults for four days. We requested more and they were brought on the third day. The house was otherwise acceptable. I would not stay there again unless they would assure a working refrigerator and supplied more towels and washcloths upfront.
