High Tide is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit (3 Queen Beds) that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. One bedroom with a Queen bed is located downstairs and can be easily accessed with minimal steps. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with a Queen in each room. The upstairs front bedroom has private access to a private balcony.

Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with private en-suite bathroom with tub-shower. Room has a door to the back parking lot.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with private en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

The Outdoor Space:
This condo has a gated complex for your security. Sit and sip on your favorite drink out on the small covered front porch or upstairs balcony. 3 parking spaces are included with the property.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
