One of our best listings! Bright and Light One Bedroom, One Bathroom and One Parking (Max 6ft) at the Waikiki Banyan. Full of natural light during day! This partial Ocean View unit in the heart of Waikiki will make your stay in paradise a memorable one.



Total of 3 Sleeping Arrangements - 2 x Full Size Beds on the Bedroom and 1 x small Queen Size on the Living Room. Sleeps up to 4 guests.



Conveniently includes one Free Parking (max 6`)!



You are just 5-10 minutes /2 blocks/0.5 miles) walk away from the beach! Note: We only provide beach towels and no other beach equipment.



The space

Step into this Delightful and Bright One Bedroom Condo and make yourself at right home. Up to 4 guests can spread out and sleep in the Total of 3 Sleeping Arrangements - 2 x Full Size Beds on the Bedroom and 1 x small Queen Size Sofabed on the Living Room.



Spacious living room with Lanai Sliding Door/Glass Windows creates a sense of openness.



Special Feature: One Parking Stall (max 6`) Free and Included in the building`s parking garage. It`s nice to not have to worry about parking and be able to Enter/Exit as you please especially in a Prime Hotspot Location in Waikiki.



Additional Parking Stalls can be purchased in the Waikiki Banyan Parking Garage or Waikiki Sunset Parking Garage directly with the parking attendant.



Coin/App-Operated Washer and Dryer Laundry Room is available on the same floor as mine and also all floors of the building (except the 6th).



Waikiki Banyan is 10 miles from HNL and 31 miles to North Shore.

The first sandy beach from the building is about 0.5mi away /2 blocks/a quick 5-10 minutes walk!



Many Beaches, Restaurants, Dining Spots, Cafes, Bars, and Mini Markets are about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest Bus Stop, Kuhio Ave + Paoakalani Ave, is approximately 0.1 miles away. From here, you can also easily organize various Trips to different parts of the island or to other islands.



Waikiki, located on the Leeward/Southern Side of Oahu, is one of the most Vibrant and Sought-After Destinations on the island. Renowned worldwide for its Picturesque Beaches and Proximity to Prime Hiking Spots, it’s no wonder that Waikiki is a favorite among visitors.



Here are our top recommended activities that are within walking distance from the building:

-Waikiki Market: new supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.



-International Market Place: lots of shopping and also restaurants

-Duke`s Marketplace: Open Air market place with many kiosk, great souvenir choices, foodies, tons of smaller and individual businesses

-Kuhio Beach: Enjoy the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk away.

-Waikiki Aquarium: Perfect for Keiki (children), a 10-15 minute walk.

-Musubi Cafe IYASUME: For bento, spam, and rice balls. The closest one is in the Pacific Monarch building, just 5-10 minutes away.

Guest access

Check-in time is 4pm and checkout is at 10am. During this timeframe/your stay, guests will have private and exclusive access to the whole unit, with no shared accommodations, as well as



One Free Parking Stall (max 6’) included inside the building`s parking garage from 2nd-5th Floor Parking. Please note that if your vehicle exceeds the height limit or is oversized, parking is not permitted. Also, ensure to park only within the boundaries of the assigned parking stall.

The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.

Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
