Perfect for our family. Property was very close to everything. Only issue, it had no stove, and the burner that was there did not work. But we would definitely return!!

This property was not what we expected for the price that was paid. The house is not two bedrooms. It has one bedroom.. At the other end of the house a curtain separates 4 beds from the rest of the room. That is not a bedroom. The pictures do not represent the actual condition of the property.

I am sorry you were disappointed. The pictures clearly show every room in the bunkhouse. It is used mostly for big groups and a lot of ATV riders. I thought the pictures clearly show the set up but I will see if I can make it clearer for guests. It says 2 bedrooms because that is the only option that Vrbo allows you when you list otherwise it would say sleeping 10 in one bedroom. Again I am sorry you didn't realize the set up. To help me clear this up for future guests were the pictures misleading? I definitely need guests to know what they are renting. Thank you and please respond to help me out.

Access to Michigan's great outdoors

Quiet location, easy access to lots of Michigan outdoor activities. Wide open space with lots of beds (7-8 beds total, but limited privacy). We were primarily just looking for a place to sleep and it fit the bill perfectly. Billiards table to enjoy. Lots of seating and lots of space if you had a larger group. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to tidy up since it's all linoleum flooring.

We were originally booked to stay for two nights, but we left without staying even one night because of the condition of the cabin. When we arrived, we found the property to be very dirty. There was what appeared to be dried mucus smeared on the bed sheets and on the bedroom wall. There was also a red substance on the floor in multiple areas, making the cabin appear unclean and poorly maintained. We contacted the property owner to report our concerns, but we didn’t received a response for 8 hours. Because the cabin was not clean or in a condition we felt was sanitary to stay in, we had to leave and find other accommodations. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and we cannot recommend this property based on its cleanliness and the lack of communication from the owner.

Our host was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions. Location is 3 minutes from the Rifle River Recreation Area. Will definitely come back!
