Welcome to your coastal resort getaway! This light and spacious 3 bed/3 bath ground-floor condo is tastefully appointed and has amazing views of the lake on the 17th hole of True Blue golf course. The living room and primary bedroom feature french doors leading to a screened porch, ideal for enjoying sunsets or your morning coffee. This attractive, well-stocked condo is pet-friendly, has no stairs, and is conveniently situated just 500 feet from one of the resort's four pools.
The space
This ground-level end unit offers amazing views, an abundance of windows, and easy access to the beautiful grounds of the True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort. With four luxurious pillowtop beds—two king-size and two XL twins—everyone will sleep in ultimate comfort. Two master suites offer private bathrooms; one master suite has a dedicated workspace, while the other provides direct access to a serene screened-in porch. Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed internet and large wall-mounted smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. The kitchen is a culinary delight with high-end appliances, cookware, and pantry staples like cooking oil and spices. Brew your favorite coffee or tea at the coffee bar equipped with a Keurig machine, K-cups, teas, creamer, and sweeteners. A shared charcoal BBQ is conveniently located off the screened in porch. We also provide beach towels and chairs for your sunny adventures.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and all of the amenities offered by True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort.

My husband Kris and I are avid travelers. We enjoy outdoor activities such as golf and tennis and love to be in nature. We have found a wonderful mix of the things we love in Pawleys Island and are making our home available to others in the hopes they will find it as enjoyable as we do.

We were drawn to Pawleys Island by its beautiful, uncrowded beaches, lush and picturesque surroundings, laid-back atmosphere, and the wide variety of outdoor avtivites available, from fishing and kayaking to world-class golfing.
We chose True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort because of the beautiful surroundings, extensive amenities, and prime location.
