A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND PLAY
A dedicated workspace with an electric sit-stand desk makes this a great place to work while keeping an eye on the lake.
Relax and unwind at the Minnow, a tiny home on Lake Norman. This home has spectacular views of the lake and everything you will need to relax, whether on a vacation, a stay-cation or a work trip.
With recently upgraded internet and a dedicated work space with an electric sit-stand desk, the Minnow provides a great place to work (if you really have to) just steps away from the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch while watching geese take flight. The lake is just a few short steps away where you can build a campfire(firewood included) in the evening after cooking a meal on one of the charcoal grills available (charcoal included).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MINNOW
- Dedicated work space with electric sit-stand desk and adjustable office chair.
- High speed internet.
- Separate loft A/C (where all the heat goes) to keep the loft dwellers cool in the warmer months.
- Quartz countertops (you deserve it).
- Washer & Dryer inside the unit (so you don`t have to bring every piece of clothing you own).
- Free postcards to send to those you miss. Just add a stamp. (while supplies last).
- Never run out of hot water with the on-demand water heater.
- Keurig coffee maker (pods and full coffee pot).
- Electric fireplace.
- Folding table for indoor/outdoor use.
Amenities in the park, included with your stay:
- Swimming pool (NEW 2024).
- Pickleball court (NEW 2024).
- Fire pits with firewood included by the lake.
- Charcoal & lighter fluid for the grills by the lake.
- Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets.

The tiny home is located in a gated tiny home community. The community is an RV park that has been converted to a Tiny Home community. There may still be a few travel trailers and 5th wheels coming and going on the remaining sites. Some of the Tiny homes are short term rentals but many are the main home for the individual(s) living here. This community enjoys the quiet nature of the community and we ask our guest to respect that. We ask that you be respectful of others in the community. Anyone violating the community rules may be asked to leave.
There is parking for two vehicles at the Tiny home. If you have larger vehicles, like a dually pickup truck, there is some overflow parking at the park.
