Everything was very clean and the kitchen had the essential utensils necessary to prepare meals. All kitchen appliances were fairly new. Being on the ground floor there was no ocean view but sand domes. However no steps and close to pool. The ocean sounds were amazing and the patio was so nice to enjoy them day and night.

8/10 Bra

Excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit was fantastic! Once you find the parking spot(not in order) the front door is a short walk away. This was ideal traveling with a little one. Upon arrival the home was extremely clean! It is also ground floor so going in and out to the pool and beach was a breeze. The decor and finishes were nice (there are no spices or condiments so bring some) There was a high pitched squeal from the clothes dryer so we could only run it when not in the unit and the temperature in the master bedroom was considerably warmer than the rest of the unit and the ceiling fan in the master was squeaky. The bed is very firm (good for my hubby not for me).

Outstanding

The condo was absolutely beautiful and so well supplied with everything we needed. Appliances were so nice and clean we hated to cook on and in them. Plenty of towels, seating, and beds. We had a fabulous time and hated to leave. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was at a Legacy resort for two months and everything was exactly what you see in the pictures of the condo. There were no surprises unlike some places that you rent from. I was very impressed by the customer service that was given to me. They let me know when utilities were out which was out of their control and when it would be back on. I would highly recommend for the next vacation or if you are out of town working like I was.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! This rental was perfect for our short vacation. The location is fantastic—just minutes from restaurants and easy access to the beach. Being on the first floor made transporting beach gear a breeze. The unit came with basic supplies for a short stay, which was appreciated. We brought my MIL who was visiting from England. They surprised us with a “proper” kettle which she just loved! Overall, a convenient and comfortable spot!
