We stayed for a women’s retreat! Perfect setting for our spring theme. The host was great, the property was clean. It could use a good dusting in the upper corners but other than that, I will definitely be returning.

Our host, Lynne, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The house was charming but had everything we needed as a large family. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to feed the lot of us.

Very good place

A very good place to stay. Best of all, each bedroom has its own bathroom. There's plenty of hot water, even if multiple people are showering at the same time. The only downside to me is that the washer is broken when we checked in. We want to come again!

Amazing house

This was one of the best house rentals I have had the pleasure of staying in. Every bedroom was decorated with thought and care, and the little touches around the house made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect for skiing, and having Mario’s restaurant next door was incredibly convenient—the food was amazing! From start to finish, everything about our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed place to stay in the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our host Lynne was truly amazing. We had a bad snow storm while there. She was very accommodating with a later departure. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Each family had their own bathroom. Very very clean. Gas fireplace was perfect. We had a blast. Definitely will stay here again if Lynne allows us back. Thank you so much for the memories.

Amazing Stay!!!!

Our stay at the Spencer House was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. There was an abundance of towels and toiletries, making our stay feel effortlessly luxurious. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious and had its own en suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in our group. The host was amazing—so accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, from a great selection of board games to seasonal decorations that made the house feel festive and welcoming. The location was also fantastic! It’s just a short drive to both Jiminy Peak and Great Barrington, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. We also loved having Mario's restaurant right next door. The food was phenomenal—on par with a top NYC dining experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend the Spencer House!
