Great location

Location was excellent, cleanliness excellent, communication.until arrival was adequate, upon arrival it was excellent, check in process was slightly confusing, pictures of location of keycafe helped to clarify. Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators. Suggest procuring a second fob to reduce this issue. Lastly, if you park in.the garage and use the hang tag, mind that the only camera in the garage is right by the leasing office doors on.the first level.of the garage, we had a smash and grab event on Saturday that resulted in a shatteted window and fortunately we were able to find a mobile vendor that alleviated our concerns.

Overall good experience

The apartment was very clean. Communication was lacking prior to check in so there was a little hiccup there, but communication afterwards was very good. Quick replies from the host and any issues addressed quickly. A few things to note: 1) If you are hot natured, this may not be the place for you. The mattress is a standard memory foam mattress without any kind of cooling pad on top so very hot when sleeping. There are no fans present in the apartment and no windows to open. The a/c was programmed so that you could not turn it down and was set on an uncomfortably warm temperature. 2) There is a keurig in the apartment, but no coffee, so bring your own if you want coffee or there is a coffee shop downstairs. 3) There were two options for shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no soap/bodywash. 4) If you are traveling with a friend or partner and you will not be together, be warned. The apartment complex is set up on a key fob system. You get the key fob at check in, but you need it every time you try to go up a floor or inside/outside of the apartment, so if you and your travel partner aren't going to be together, then this could be an issue. Also, if you are checking in outside of concierge hours, then I am not sure how you would get your keyfob. 5) Parking is available and the ticket can be comped at checkout which is nice.
