I absolutely love staying here! This is the third time I've rented this property, and every time it's just an enjoyable stay period it's conveniently located near my job. Site in Alton, Virginia and an easy commute to Any Stores For the Gym. Or the car wash in danville, virginia period the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there's a charcoal grill outside in case you feel like cooking out period

This property is beautiful, the home is spotless and fully equipped with everything you need to cook and live while you're out of town. I was here on business and I thoroughly enjoyed coming back here and cooking dinner every night. This place is a steal so if it's available and you're coming within 50 MI you should consider this!

Perfectly, PERFECTLY situated for VIR! Milton is a great home base for a track weekend, with a couple of very good restaurants and a nice little beer garden. This property was clean, comfortable, and well-kept; all we needed. Will stay here again for sure!

VERY convenient to VIR. Comfortable, spacious, clean 3BR modular home; recently remodeled. Host was responsive & all we needed to bring was food. I'd rent here again if in the area.

Well-maintained and updated property with minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect staying there. Walking distance (half a block) from the small Milton main drag with a few shops and restaurants. Five minute drive to VIR. Only negative experience was an off leash unidentified dog randomly on the lot next door one night that was very threatening. Hosts said they would contact neighbors and animal control the next day. The guests in the smaller bedrooms commented that a dresser or table other than the ones next to the beds in their rooms would have been nice. I would stay there again and plan to do so.

Quiet small town coziness

A little further than I was hoping from my son's school but nothing I couldn't adjust to. The home is well maintained and the host are great. We had everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable.

Very clean and well organized house. Amenities were good and well thought of. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well maintained and coffee machine is provided. Water was provided in the good size fridge. Bathrooms were great. TV with all necessary channels. Everything great in the house for a short stay. Street is narrow but the house has adequate parking.

The property itself is completely updated. All new appliances and furniture. It’s only about 3 miles from VIR. My only negative is the parking. If you’re bringing a trailer find somewhere else to park it. The dead end street is very narrow and there are drop offs on either side.

Everything was great but...

Everything was great but our cell phone signal. Not the owners fault at all just the location. We use Verizon and had 0 signal. You can use wifi calling though it was limited. Other than that the house is amazing

We were working at V.I.R. Property is very close. First house on side street from small town area. A few restaurants and beer hall (live music) Has everything except spices. Keurig & coffees were very much appreciated! Has charcoal grill. Guess its a manufactured home. Super clean. New everything!! Don't hesitate to rent. Things that could be better: needs ceiling fans in bedrooms 2+3, outside picnic table so dirty it ruined friends white shorts, grocery store is a bit up the road. There is a Dollar General 5 miles away? No dealbreaker issues!

Wonderful little home

I’m new to VRBO, so unsure how it all worked as far as things needed before check out, etc. the owners were easy to contact and super helpful when we needed a new battery for the smoke detector, as it was chirping. Rooms were clean, smelled fresh, kitchen had plenty of supplies already for cooking- I had packed my own just in case, but didn’t need anything but my cookie sheet.. I might have overlooked theirs though. Porch was nice to hang out on and even it looked clean, minus a spiderweb that was made during our stay, but that showed they pay attention to the needs of outside needs as well since that was the only web out there. Only mentioning it to show they are good with the small details within this home. My husband works in pest control and they have mattress encasements, which also is best when multiple people are using a mattress. Some hotels don’t even have these and should as it helps about germs or getting bed bugs. Again, only mentioning to say how safe we felt here. Noise level was okay as well. We heard some cars racing and there was a party going on nearby, but far enough it was never disturbing at all. I also loved their price guide. It was the best deal and ended up being the closest option as well to my family who lives 8 minutes from this property. If my dad doesn’t move back to our state, I plan to continue using this rental for every stay rather than trying several. Very good place. If you have kids we drove to the city park and there’s also a zoo.

The property was exactly as expected, check in and out was a breeze, and the host is extremely responsive. We walked to Milton 66 to listen to live music and Aunt Millie's Pizza for dessert. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in the area.
