Beach Colony Resort is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi, as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Johnson's Beach is a short stroll away.

Beach Colony East 1C is within walking distance to restaurants, quaint shops with ice cream and a daquiri bar. Two grocery stores and fishing tackle are less than a mile away. Some off-site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
