Great condo just a short walk to the beach
Welcome to Sea La Vie!!
The ground floor entrance has 2 bedrooms that are serviced by a Jack N Jill bathroom and access to a private, fenced back patio with table, chairs, and gas grill. The first bedroom on the ground level has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the large closet has two single bunks for when there are extra kids. Both downstairs bedrooms also have TVâs. The back patio is perfect for grilling, dining outdoors, morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Upstairs, on the main living level, you will find it has an open concept with a living/dining room combo and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can seat six and the kitchen bar can handle four more. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.
On the third level you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk -in closet and outdoor balcony. The master is fitted with a king bed and a Smart TV.
