During the warmer months (May–October), the pool stays comfortably heated between 70–85°F by solar energy. Please note that prolonged periods of cold air temps and rain can impact the pool temperature. In cooler months (November–April), it transforms into a refreshing cold plunge experience (40–65°F).

Other Things to Note:

Between September to March The Lake Cove Water Levels recede as part of the TVA flood management process. What emerges in the back of the property is a beautiful trout stream fed from the Fodder Creek into Lake Chatuge!

Pool Notice: Solar heated to 70–85°F in summer months; cold plunge 40–65°F in winter. Please note that prolonged periods of cold air temps and rain can impact the pool temperature. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.

Showering between lake and pool use is required. By booking this property, you acknowledge that swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool includes both a deep end and a shallow end. Please be advised: no jumping off the deck into the pool is allowed.

Additionally, if you plan to swim in both the lake and the pool, it’s mandatory to shower in between to prevent additional maintenance issues for the pool equipment.

Guest Policy: Strictly no outside guests beyond registered and approved guests ($250 penalty per person per day).

No Pets: For allergy and guest preference reasons ($250 penalty per animal per day).

Indoor Fireplace: For decoration only—no fires allowed. ($250 penalty).

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking. ($250 penalty)
