The place was as described which was exceptionally clean and had fantastic views of the ocean. We checked in around 7pm and unfortunately had some trouble getting into the room but fortunately the host was super responsive and helped us resolve the problem. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone that is thinking about it.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and boy was it a great one. The ocean views from the condo were breathtaking. When the new pier opens it will be super close to it. Walks on the beach at sunrise were great. Access to the beach is very easy and just a few steps away. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool area was a great stop when leaving the beach.

This condo is set up perfectly for multiple couples privacy. Almost like 2 rentals connected together by a hall. Views from the balcony also awesome. The building itself is a little aged but condo was updated beautifully. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a lazy river as well as beach access which the owner supplies beach chairs and an umbrella so perfect for either location to sun and swim. Unfortunately there is condo construction going on next door for 12 hours a day which was a little noisy but owner cannot be held responsible for that problem, Communication with the owners was outstanding!!

Exceptional stay, beautiful views, and a wonderful host! Our recent stay was fantastic from beginning to end. The check-in process was easy and Janet kept in touch to see if we needed anything. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. I especially loved all the natural light and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony (there are 3)! It also had easy access to the beach. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We rented the full unit including the lock-off suite. We had one 2x Q bedroom with bathroom, & the king bedroom with bath and even an in-room efficiency kitchenette. Accommodations had plenty of amenities—cooking facilities, kitchen, washer/drier. Had a lovely patio overlooking to oceanfront. The unit is in a great location on the beach & in walking distance to the conference center. We had a couple issues that the unit manager & site manager were quick to respond to. I would definitely stay again & recommend this unit.

host was great, but living room had no heat. contacted the host, see sent a handyman to fix the heat, he had no clue as to what to do, said he would diagnose the problem and come back the next day, never saw him again. He kept looking for a thermostat on the wall. There was no thermostat, it was a split air unit. We turned the heat up in the bedroom to stay warm.

This was our first time staying at this property. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the home could benefit from some updates and maintenance. The patio furniture is outdated, there are several areas inside that need paint touch-ups, and the appliances are fairly old. We also noticed quite a few cosmetic defects throughout the home. The living room and televisions are in good condition and feel more modern. However, the bathrooms need attention. The showers could use a deep cleaning, and the shower curtains should be replaced, as there was mold present. The property has potential, and with a few updates and improved upkeep, it could provide a much better guest experience. The host did mention the construction .
