Welcome to our beachfront condo, Beach Walk!!
Our cozy 480 sqft condo with kitchen is located on Seawall Blvd, just across from Babe's beach in a resort style gated condominium with two pools, hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center and more.
Enjoy the views of the beach and the kid friendly mushroom pool from our patio.
The space
The bedroom sleeps two on a queen bed with reading lamps on either side, a charging port for your devices, and a wall mounted flat TV. There is a small closet with ironing board, and portable fan.
Twin size bunk beds in the hall alcove. There are books and board games for families under the TV.
Enjoy watching cable or a movie on the flat screen from our DVD collection.
The couch also pulls out to a queen sized sleeper. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.
The kitchen has microwave, two burner electric stovetop, mini fridge and a dishwasher along with some pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
There is a Keurig and also Mr. Coffee. There is an additional mini fridge along with a charging station.
The dining area table seats four and there is a bar stool for the kitchen island.
A full bathroom with tub and shower including bathroom essentials.
Security patrols at night in the complex.
Wifi in and throughout the property, but please be aware that wifi may be weak or out at times.
2 hot tubs and two pools. The mushroom pool has shallow entry point and is a hit with children and the other pool is mildly heated for the cooler months.
There is also a tennis court, fitness center, laundry (on the first floor) and BBQ & fish cleaning area.
Guest access
Guests have access to all common areas including pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ areas.
Please remember that all Victorian condos are subject to a one time Resort/parking fee of $35 (good for 14 days). Simply pay in the lobby at time of check-in.
Other things to note
This is IMPORTANT! Please read these "other things to note" very carefully! Consider booking elsewhere if you have any issue with these notes. We don't want you to be disappointed.
Please be aware that our condo is part of a multi-unit condominium property. Many units are privately owned and lived in while others are rented throughout the year. Please be respectful and considerate of our neighbors and their guests and understand that there may be potential for the usual quirks that come with multi-unit properties.
The property also features many hotel-like and resort amenities such as a front desk for checking in, on-site pools, a fitness center, and more. As such, you will need to check in at the front desk to pay a $35 resort fee to receive parking (for upto 2 cars) and pool passes, and sign a guest form for your stay. The resort fee for stays 14 days or longer are $60 per month.
Please note that you are very welcome to check in at the front desk lobby anytime after 8 AM on your check-in day, but you wonât be able to enter our condo itself until 4 PM on your check-in day. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Two other very important things to note as well: we cannot allow smoking in or near our condo. The Victorian does however offer outdoor smoking areas on the ground level. We're not able to accommodate pets or assistance animals of any kind. Our property includes several shared spaces and smoking, pets, or an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard. Please consider booking elsewhere if you need to bring an animal. If you do, your reservation might be cancelled and you might be charged a minimum $250 fee.
You could encounter a six legged critter around the property or inside the condo. Galveston is a sub tropical humid climate, and as such provides a welcoming atmosphere for many species of life (including bugs)! We have regular pest control treatments and clean thoroughly after every guest. Unfortunately, this is a fact of life in Galveston. Please be aware of this possibility.
By booking with us, you agree that we can't be held liable for any damages or injuries caused to you by anything inside our condo including the bunk beds.
Also, please understand this is our personal vacation home that we share with many other guests. Naturally, some of the things we keep there for ourselves and our guests might be missing or broken from time to time. You should be prepared for this possibility if you decide to book our place. If you need something though, please donât hesitate to ask. We will try our best to help and accommodate.
