Step inside and experience the modern elegance of the recently updated living area, featuring stylish Thomasville chairs and a new, ultra-comfy couch—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The gourmet kitchen, designed by renowned Hawaiian chef Roy Yamaguchi, is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an open-concept layout perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.

This villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master suite features a luxurious king bed, while the guest room offers a plush new king bed as well. For added flexibility, the living room includes two Thomasville chairs that convert into large, cozy twin beds—perfect for children or extra guests.

To make your beach days effortless, we provide a trolley, beach towels, chairs, and toys. We had a wonderful stay! While there were a few minor things initially overlooked, Maria was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Our stay was very relaxing. Resort is very beautiful and quiet. Condo has anything you need. We felt right at home with ultra comfortable beds, every utensil, dish, and appliance you can think of in the kitchen. Great stay!

Wonderful stay in Ko Olina!!!

This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens

We had an awesome time at the Ko Olina Beach Villas on Oahu.

The listed property was spot on. The resort like condominium was so perfect from the pools and hot tubs to the proximity to the beach. My family enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite and we had a blast. Get this room and enjoy it to the full.

Honeymoon Worthy!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved this villa! Exceptional views of the beach and you can watch the sunset from the lanai. The check in process is incredibly easy and parking is no problem at all. Also, you are in walking distance from shopping and dining. This property is well taken care of and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

What an absolutely beautiful property!! My husband, myself and two of our closest friends stayed here for a week and were blown away by how clean and nice this villa was! It had all the amenities we needed. We all wanted to stay longer! Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Best!

This place was amazing! The condo was beautiful and has such a beautiful view. We loved the pocket doors that opened up the lanai! The condo had everything we needed and even a few extra's that made our stay there so nice. When we come back to Oahu, we will be sure to stay here again!

Spacious, modern, super comfortable, functional, safe parking, secure with spectacular views, beach, deck. A good central location not more than 75 minutes to anyplace on the island. Restful and calming.

Ko Olina Beach Villas

This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas. The location is perfect for our family including a 7 year old grandson. Access to the beach is just a short walk where you have your choice of beautiful coves to explore or stay on the property and use the many wading ponds for kids or the hot tubs. We like being away from the city yet close enough to visit. With so much to explore on the island Beach Villas are perfect.

Perfect sunsets!

Absolutely wonderful vacation. The villa is in a great location with beautiful views and plenty of quiet for relaxation. Lots of room and well appointed. Perfect for couples or families. Walking distance to golf, the lagoon and several restaurants. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Hawaii. Many thanks to Khoi for an effortless rental.

We stayed at this condo for 8 days in June 2009 and absolutely loved it. The condo was clean and beautiful and the owners were very easy to work with. We enjoyed many hours on the lanai taking in the beautiful view. The property was quiet and relaxing and the gardens were lush. My children loved snorkeling in the lagoon and seeing all of the fish. It was one of our best family vacations and can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

Perfect Rental

From day one reserving this property with Khoi, was an easy and seamless process. What a great rental and the resort is excellent. The property was fully equipped and met all our needs for our vacation. Pools were excellent and beautiful. We loved the beach and protected lagoons on the property as well. Fabulous Villa

We stayed here with our two kids, ages 18 and 21. The condo and grounds were exceptional. It was very comfortable for the four of us. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The lagoons are beautiful, and it's only 1.5 miles to walk from end to end. The sunset views were breathtaking. We all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We loved opening the wall of doors to the lanai. There is a beach bar on the property that has snacks and food. (Hint: Leave the door open in the laundry closet to help the clothes dry faster in the ventless dryer.)

Fantastic place to stay!

This place is amazing. We enjoyed everything about this condo and location. The beautiful view from the lanai to the comfortable beds. Everything you will need is in the condo for your convenience. The lagoons are great for swimming although the water was cold in December. We used the grills at the pool, and loved all the hot tubs. We had cocktails at the pool bar. This is the perfect place for a family. Now if you are young and single and want exciting nightlife I guess you should stay in Waikiki, because the drive would be too far.

Fantastic experience

This condo was exactly as the photos showed. The experience was even better to hear the ocean waves from our place. The pools were quiet most of the time. The pathway was wonderful for short walks along the ocean. The condo was just perfect for two couples!. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio. The location of Ko'Olina was ideal, away from the crowds but close enough to trek around the island easily. I would stay here again! Thank you.
