The cabin was beautiful and the view was STUNNING! We got to see bears almost everyday we were there. The pool and hot tub were amazing! It really was a beautiful place to stay and would definitely stay again! I really don’t have anything bad to say about the place but would suggest upgrading the kitchen utensil selection. It’s not quite equipped with what all you would need for a long stay with the full 12 people capacity.

This is a great cabin! Everything was just as described. It was perfect for our party of eight. The views are awesome, location is convenient to town yet secluded. The indoor pool was refreshing. We will be back!

Spent a week with my family. Seven of us. The house was perfect. The view was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. We had 2 bears walk around the porch.

We traveled with 8 adults and 2 kids… and everyone had a lovely vacation!There is plenty of space to spread out OR be together and not feel crowded.We enjoyed cooking each night in the spacious kitchen while the rest of the family gathered in the dining area or living room… and we were all still together!The view from the porch is breathtaking whether enjoying your coffee in the morning or making s’mores and chatting from sunset to late into the evening!

One of the best places that I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was super roomy and fit two families very well. The kids had a blast in the pool. I was surprised at how deep it was and the kids could jump in no problem. The movie theater was a hit on a rainy evening. The view was the absolute best thing about this place. It was stunning. We also enjoyed the wildlife. We saw a bear almost every day. Justin was very quick with responses when questions were had. It’d for sure come back here!

Wow! Best cabin ever! We’ve been in Smokys many times and this outdoes all the other cabins we’ve had before. The views, the pool, the space, game room, hot tub all of it. Super clean and very organized. We had twelve people total and it worked perfectly! The pool is set up with different alarms in the water and on the door and definitely gave us peace of mind with our littles. We had a momma bear with her cubs stop by multiple times which was so cool for the kids and even us adults to see! We had a few issues with some of the tvs and they actually came and installed brand new ones during our stay! Our families came in from Texas, and from Canada for this trip together. We really can’t sing enough praise for our time at the cabin. It was unforgettable!

Incredible property with a million dollar view. Everything was perfect. Justin and the property management team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We created some awesome memories here and will definitely be back.

One of the best views in the many trips to the Smoky Mountains I’ve had. The outdoor living space with the propane fireplace and hot tub was great. The ability to eat outside at the table to enjoy the view was a great addition. The cabin was very well equipped and plenty of space. The pool and theater room was a big hit for the kids.

Had a blast and with views like these you can’t go wrong! Set up for family fun in mind and you have kids the pool is always a hit. Pool temp was perfect even with temp out side below freezing. I would recommend anyone looking for a family size cabin to relax and make memories to stay here, you will not regret it.

WOW what a view!!!! Fantastic place to stay, loved the spaciousness. The beds are super comfortable. Watching the sun rise over the mountains while drinking a nice hot cup of coffee was bucket list worthy. Loved our time here.

Excellent cabin! Beautiful. Clean and spacious. Plenty to do for all ages. Peaceful area with beautiful mountain views. SO much for the children to do! Our crew of 12 had 6 kiddos ages 1-9.

The host was great through the process. The property was great. I can’t decide if the kids (ages 8-18) enjoyed the pool or the gaming area more. We got plenty of use out of both.

Great accommodation.

Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and bathroom were roomy. We enjoyed the large living space along with the covered porch that gave us a beautiful view. It was great having a pool and hot tub and the kids had fun in the game room. The house was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyable stay.

Plenty of room for large group. Beautiful views. Large deck was very nice. Plenty of outdoor seating. Initial communication was good. Lack of communication on issues identified. Dishwasher did not work the 4 days of our stay. While the host tried to get it resolved it was still disappointing washing dishes for 14 people. I felt like I had to keep following up. Air upstairs did not work 1 st day. Resolved quickly Hot tub was in need of being cleaned. I did not report this issue because the other items were more important.

I’m very sorry the dishwasher was out for your stay and that you had to wash dishes for 14 people — I understand how frustrating that was. Our team did attempt repairs, and I apologize for the lack of consistent follow-up on our end. I’ll be reviewing our communication and repair processes so this doesn’t happen again. I’m glad the upstairs AC was resolved quickly. Thank you for flagging the hot tub — it should have been cleaner, and we’ll increase our checks and cleaning schedule going forward. The listing makes the house look amazing. There was absolutly no let down when we checked in. The view was fabulous, check in was easy and they were very responsive to any issue. Plus the theater room, the pool and the fully equiped kitchen made for a great trip even on the days where the weather was not on our side. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view and wonderful amenities. It was a great size for our group of 10. The kitchen was stocked and roomy, large dining room table to accommodate us all. We enjoyed the upper deck for the views and the fire pit. The fireplace inside was easy to start and cozy, and we all enjoyed ourselves in the hot tub and indoor pool! We did not get to enjoy the wonderful movie room but it had a great set up. The video games and pinball machine were also enjoyed by all. All in all it was a wonderful house with comfy beds and private bathrooms for each room. We enjoyed our stay and all said we want to come back soon!

Hilltop Hideaway did not disappoint...We enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. In fact the grandchildren didn't want to do the activities we had planned on Thursday, they wanted to just "hang out".
