Summary:
A home that allows you to see and do it all! Welcome to SoCo Charmer, a superbly located home that allows you to experience the authenticity of beloved Austin, TX. The space is ideal for a mid-size family or group that desires convenience for their TX getaway.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space to whip up a delicious meal from home. The layout is ideal for entertaining with 5 barstools at the large counter overlooking the large sectional and TV in the living room. Step outside and enjoy the screened-in porch with a large patio table seating 6 guests. A grill is also in the covered area giving you an opportunity to put it to use no matter the weather.
Back inside, the home sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms. Each room is fully furnished with neutral decor and cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay
Bedroom #1 (the primary suite) has a King bed, TV, access to the yard, and an en-suite. The en-suite is outfitted with dual sinks and not one, but TWO walk-in showers!
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and TV
Bedroom #3 offers a Full bed
The 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo is fully equipped to accommodate guests.
THINGS TO NOTE
- The washer/dryer are available for guest use
- There is space for up to 2 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is also permitted.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and Austin landmarks. South Congress Avenue, just .5 miles away is dotted with boutiques, dining options, and specialty stores. The Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake, under 2-miles away, is a lovely walking trail (10-mile loop) that offers gorgeous views of the Colorado River and Austin skyline. The sought-after âGreetings from Austinâ Mural is 1.3 miles away and can be reached on foot from the home. In the warmer months, enjoy a day at Barton Springs and do as the locals do with paddleboards and picnics. The Paramount Theatre and Moody Theater are both located just 3 miles away from downtown and always have a show or concert on the schedule.
Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.
