Welcome to our newly built, stylish retreat in South Venice!
Nestled in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood, our home is perfect for family trips. Conveniently located in the heart of South Venice, itâs just a short drive to the areaâs most beautiful beaches, parks, nature preserves, and scenic trails â as well as excellent dining and shopping experiences.
Property Highlights:
âą Built in 2024, this modern open-concept house features 3 bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed.
âą The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, built-in closet, Smart TV, and private full bathroom.
âą Two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, built-in closets, and a shared full bathroom.
âą Bedrooms are separated by the living room for added privacy.
âą Modern open kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances.
âą Spacious living room with an 82â Smart TV.
âą Screened lanai with outdoor seating.
âą Heated saltwater pool with comfortable patio furniture (heating available upon request).
âą Full use of the laundry room with washer, dryer, and all appliances included.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked ownerâs cabinet in the garage.
Important Information:
âą Due to excessive humidity and the propertyâs location in a hurricane zone, all windows and bedroom lanai doors are permanently locked and cannot be opened under any circumstances. No exceptions.
âą The property is equipped with video surveillance for your safety:
âą Video doorbell monitoring the front entrance.
âą Two exterior cameras monitoring the pool/water equipment on both sides of the house (24/7).
âą One camera above the garage door monitoring the driveway and front yard.
âą No cameras inside the house for your privacy.
House Rules: The only guests permitted to stay overnight are those included in the initial booking requests. Any other guests must leave the premises before 10 pm. Pet friendly.
âą Please do not rearrange furniture.
âą Patio furniture must remain outside.
âą Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.
