Great month-long rental!

We stayed for a month at this rental and would absolutely stay again. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival, and is probably the best well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to have everything we needed, and kitchen goods were very high quality. The neighborhood was quiet, and location was convenient to many parts of the Scottsdale area. Beds were very comfortable as well. The management company (especially Savannah) was easy to work with and provided additional tips for hiking, restaurants, etc. We had one hiccup with the pool maintenance, but the management company helped to resolve it immediately. I would highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving retreat

The house was beautiful and the hosts thought of everything and were very responsive. We wanted to escape the negative temps in Colorado and booked this spot last minute. Decor was well done and made the space feel like home. Beds were comfortable, blackout shades allowed us to sleep in, the pool was clean & heated, the kitchen was stocked, there was a dry bar with coffee & wine fridge, amazing outdoor space with lots of seating, a gas fire pit & grill, pool floats and yard games. We didn’t need or want to leave the house all week; it was a true retreat and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it. 5 stars all round. My one and only “off thing” would be that the primary bathroom had a slight scent as if someone at some point in time had smoked a cigarette in there but I was the only person in my family who could smell it so it definitely didn’t spoil anything. It’s a 100% non smoking property and no other rooms or spaces had even the slightest scent so maybe it was just me.
