This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines modern comfort with endless entertainment options. The inside of the home has been thoughtfully updated, keeping guests' needs in mind throughout. You'll find a pool table in the living area, perfect for hours of indoor entertainment. Each of the 3 bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, while the 2 bathrooms have been newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king mattress that sleeps two, the second bedroom has a queen mattress that sleeps two, the third bedroom has a queen mattress that sleeps two, and we have a queen air mattress that sleeps two. Lastly there is a pack and play for an infant.
The backyard is the ultimate retreat, featuring a large pool (not heated) perfect for cooling off during warm Arizona days, and a hot tub where you can unwind and relax under the stars. A propane BBQ grill is available for outdoor dining, making it easy to enjoy meals on the spacious patio. Gather around the propane fire pit and outdoor furniture and enjoy your time together.
For outdoor fun, the backyard includes a variety of outdoor games, perfect for friendly competitions with family or friends. Whether you're playing cornhole, pool basketball or just lounging, the comfortable outdoor seating ensures you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.
