Inverkan delvis av Coastal Living 2011 design hem, kommer detta strandhus välkomna dig från det ögonblick du anger. Beadboard accenter, stora takfläktar, rikliga fönster och mysiga möbler ger en avkopplande och bekväm atmosfär. Den öppna planlösningen på huvudplanen innehåller ett kök, vardagsrum / stort rum och matsal. Kökets mittpunkt är en stor ö, komplett med prep-disk och barstolar. Anpassade skåp, rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit ger ett bra ställe att njuta av matlagning och ätning. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksredskap, tallrikar och redskap. Vardagsrummet har bekväma vardagliga möbler, en stor platt-tv och en rymlig täckt veranda strax utanför. Sex stolar omger ett stort matsalbord i matsalen vilket är idealiskt för att äta, spela brädspel eller göra ett pussel. Det fjärde sovrummet ligger också på denna våning; det sover 2 med enkelsängar och ett badrum ligger intill. Tre rymligare sovrum erbjuder sovplats för 6 personer och ligger alla på en annan våning. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och öppnar sig mot en stor täckt veranda. Befälhavaren badrummet har en dubbel marmor fåfänga, anpassade skåp, stor keramik kaklat dusch och en klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet på denna våning har en king size-säng, plattskärms-TV och sitt eget badrum med en keramisk kakel dusch. Det tredje sovrummet på denna våning har en queen size och och "eget badrum med dusch / badkar kombination. Sängkläder tillhandahålls. Även på denna våning finns ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla rum har en takfläkt / lampor. Utanför finns det parkering för 4 bilar och en sluten utomhusdusch för att skölja bort dagens sand och salt. Två stora täckta verandor erbjuder underbar ljud-, marsh- och havsutsikt och är lika inbjudande för att dela morgonkaffe eller kvällscocktails. Strandstolar och strandhanddukar tillhandahålls, liksom ett sortiment eller paperback-böcker, brädspel och pussel.

Lovely property, and location. The house is very well decorated and taken care of, and it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, and it was a wonderful weekend.

Perfect Stay

Extremely well-appointed property. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. Very close to drop-ins for paddle boarding or kayaking, and a short walk from Johnny Walker’s Pier. We would 100% stay again. Thanks, Sam!

Great House

The house was so well equipped. Everything we could have wanted was there.(except a ladle) The location wasn’t great for us since the rest of our family was at the South end of the beach but it worked. We really enjoyed our week.

This house feels like we are coming home every year. This year was even more special to our family given our daughter came in from Salt Lake City Utah and my son is heading to Medical School in Philadelphia so may not be able to get together as often. Thank you for the homecoming!

Wedding week at the beach

Beautiful property and perfect house for wedding week. Sam was very responsive in replacing coffee maker when current one didn’t work. Elderly and kids stayed. House had great views and was close to the beach! Loved every minute! Thanks

Fantastic, family friendly beach getaway. Has everything you need!

House is extremely accommodating and comfortable. The main living space afforded us many family friendly moments to gather, dine, and socialize. Gorgeous kitchen fully equipped. Elevator helped elderly feel safe and navigate layout of house easily. Each bedroom was quite and private. Parking underneath was helpful since the whole island is pay to street park. We would definitely recommend this property. Additional bonus: owner was very easy and pleasant to book/work with.

Fantastic 4th of July Stay

All the great reviews of this property are true. It's a beautiful home--spacious with a wonderful style and extremely well appointed. We loved the third story deck with views of the channel and marsh. Even on the hottest days, there was a breeze there! If you like SUP boarding, public access to the channel is no more than 20 meters from the drive way. (It's also great for plain old smimming!) We will definitely return. Thx!

Fabulous home

We booked this property for an end of summer relaxation getaway and this home delivered. Everything was spotless. The furniture and decor was all about coastal charm and comfort. The living area and layout was perfect for my husband and I and four teenage girls. We loved the water views and the location too! We walked to the beach, shops and ice cream stand. And less than 50 yards away we dropped our paddle boards right in the water at the public entrance. Thank you!!!

Graduation

We stayed at this house 4 years ago as my daughter was preparing to start college at UNCW and said then we should come and stay again when she graduated. Well that is exactly what we did. It was an awesome week to relax with family and celebrate her accomplishments. The time we spent together just sitting and talking on the porch will never be forgotten. The kitchen is well stocked so making meals was easy. It has virtually everything I have in my own kitchen. We LOVE this house and the hosts are wonderful.

PERFECTION! Hands down best rental home I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot).

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UNCW with family. We have stayed in many rentals in Wrightsville as well as countless other rentals across the country and this is by far our favorite. Not only is it perfectly laid out and decorated but the quality of everything is next level. We’ve come to expect that beach chairs and towels, frying pans and knives included with rentals tend to be pretty beat up and dysfunctional. Not the case in this house! Everything is at least as good if not better than what you would have in your own home. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked and organized I’ve seen with everything you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for everyone to hang out together with a huge main floor and deck while the bedrooms are spacious and quiet if you need to get away. Everyone had their own bathroom which is always a plus. The location is dreamy with the Intercoastal Waterway at your doorstep, there's even a nice little area to sit or launch your paddleboard just outside the house. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and Robert's grocery, Jimmy's and the other bars and restaurants on the island are only a 10 minute walk down the street. Plenty of parking and a huge area under the house for rainy days. The outside shower is huge and has hot water. My parents loved the elevator and it was great for getting all the groceries up to the kitchen. I can't count how many times we said "this place is so awesome" over the weekend!

We stayed here for 5 days with two families and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach blankets, bathroom staples, and kitchen essentials, which made our stay so easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the hospitality of the host. We accidentally left behind some valuables, and they were kind enough to mail them back to us, refusing to accept any repayment for shipping. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare and truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We will be back!

We loved every bit of our stay in this beautiful house over Labor Day Weekend. It is a 5 minute walk to the pier and beach and exceptionally well-stocked and organized. We appreciated the small touches, especially the baby gates in the upstairs closet, and our kids loved watching all the people and cars on the bridge from the beautiful porch. Getting back from the beach and being able to shower everyone off in the outdoor shower was fantastic. Plus, the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze! Our communication with the hosts was quick and easy and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

House is amazing, beautifully furnished, fabulous location, amazing view and A kitchen that is better equipped than my own kitchen at home! This is our second time at this house and we definitely will be back!

After renting vacation homes in Wrightsville Beach for several years we chose this home for it's well designed open floor plan, beautifully appointed coastal furnishings, relaxing views of the sound, and the safety of its location with very little traffic near the end of Greensboro Street. We loved knowing the home was nearly brand new with updated and reliable appliances and amenities to make our vacation time worry free.
