Den öppna planlösningen pĂ„ huvudplanen innehĂ„ller ett kök, vardagsrum / stort rum och matsal. Kökets mittpunkt Ă€r en stor ö, komplett med prep-disk och barstolar. Anpassade skĂ„p, rostfria vitvaror och bĂ€nkskivor i granit ger ett bra stĂ€lle att njuta av matlagning och Ă€tning. Köket Ă€r fullt utrustat med köksredskap, tallrikar och redskap. Vardagsrummet har bekvĂ€ma vardagliga möbler, en stor platt-tv och en rymlig tĂ€ckt veranda strax utanför. Sex stolar omger ett stort matsalbord i matsalen vilket Ă€r idealiskt för att Ă€ta, spela brĂ€dspel eller göra ett pussel. Det fjĂ€rde sovrummet ligger ocksĂ„ pĂ„ denna vĂ„ning; det sover 2 med enkelsĂ€ngar och ett badrum ligger intill. Tre rymligare sovrum erbjuder sovplats för 6 personer och ligger alla pĂ„ en annan vĂ„ning. BefĂ€lhavaren har en king size-sĂ€ng och öppnar sig mot en stor tĂ€ckt veranda. BefĂ€lhavaren badrummet har en dubbel marmor fĂ„fĂ€nga, anpassade skĂ„p, stor keramik kaklat dusch och en klĂ€dkammare. Lovely property, and location. The house is very well decorated and taken care of, and it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, and it was a wonderful weekend.

We stayed here for 5 days with two families and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach blankets, bathroom staples, and kitchen essentials, which made our stay so easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the hospitality of the host. We accidentally left behind some valuables, and they were kind enough to mail them back to us, refusing to accept any repayment for shipping. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare and truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd Time Visiting Just As Amazing As First!

This is our second year in a row staying at the property as an extended family (6 Guests + 1 Child). We absolutely love the house and the location. The kitchen is stocked well and the open layout on the top floor has a great communal feel. The elevator is also really convenient for getting luggage/food in and out! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends or family.

Perfect Stay

Extremely well-appointed property. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. Very close to drop-ins for paddle boarding or kayaking, and a short walk from Johnny Walker’s Pier. We would 100% stay again. Thanks, Sam!

The house was spacious and comfortable! Completely updated with fully stocked kitchen. Hard to find in rentals. The beds were great! Wonderful memories made, we will be coming back!

We recently purchased this beautiful home on Wrightsville Beach after falling in love with the area when our daughter went to College at UNCW. She has decided to call Wrightsville Beach home and will be your local contact person should you have any questions or problems. We live on the shores of Lake Erie near Erie, Pennsylvania.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After renting vacation homes in Wrightsville Beach for several years we chose this home for it's well designed open floor plan, beautifully appointed coastal furnishings, relaxing views of the sound, and the safety of its location with very little traffic near the end of Greensboro Street. We loved knowing the home was nearly brand new with updated and reliable appliances and amenities to make our vacation time worry free.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Just one block from the beach and Johnny Mercer pier, with a beautiful view of the sound, this brand new house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries, a playground, and the famous "loop" a very popular 2 1/2 mile walking/running path that is a 'must' when visiting Wrightsville Beach.
