The Best Harbour Views in Sunny Peaceful Location
Our comfortable, air-conditioned/heated, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, spacious, sunny apartment overlooks all of Picton harbour, set high on the hill with a wrap around balcony, large covered BBQ and garden area. Free parking for two cars.
Enjoy the peaceful leafy environment, birdsong, relax and watch the ferries arrive and leave, boats in the marina and views of the hills and surrounds.
Cater for yourself or take a 10 minute walk down the hill to lovely cafes, casual and formal dining restaurants and sample the local cuisine. The local supermarket has online ordering so why not order your groceries, have them delivered or collect on arrival.
There are unique shops, harbour attractions and awesome short and day walks as well as half and full day cruises into the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. So much to do and see in Picton ..plus . only 15 minutes drive to the famous vineyards of Marlborough.
At night the lights and quiet will ensure you unwind and have a great break away. We welcome you to stay and sample life in our seaside town of Picton. You can also ask about our spacious one bedroom apartment - enjoying the same views.
Please note: As we have awesome views and the apartment is at the top of the hill, we have a typical hillside driveway, it is steep but safe with very little traffic. You do need good medium fitness to walk up, especially initially with your suitcases. We are happy to provide the local shuttle bus number to start your holiday in a relaxing way.
CHILDREN: While we have grandchildren who visit the apartment .. because of the extensive balconies the accommodation may not be suitable for small children unless very closely supervised as we have hedges not fences, stairs and large verandahs. Our darling grandchildren, especially the small ones, are supervised at all times. We are happy to answer any questions.

Picton is a special place for us, we have family connections dating back to the 1800's. Our apartment is a great get-away and we love hosting our family and friends who enjoy the wonderful views, good restaurants, great places for coffee, the Marlborough Sounds and easy-going lifestyle.
We hope you will share our love of the good life in Picton, fresh air and leafy environment, great clear water swimming at the beach and living in our apartment as we do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We have a lovely friendly neighbourhood. Most residents have been there for many years and we all get on well.
Set high on the hill with a backdrop of trees, the apartment is the highest on the hill, private and so relaxing. We protect our environment and love the birdsong and native birds along with the views out to sea. The location is perfect to explore the Marlborough Sounds, a swim in the clear water at the beach or visit the many wineries and unique environment.

Enjoy the wonderful harbour and surrounding views. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with high speed Wi-Fi, large Smart TV, expresso coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and terraces with comfortable furniture to relax as well as the private BBQ covered garden area just for you. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartment.
We are one of the first apartments to get the morning sun. It is amazing to watch the colours and sun rising across the Picton Harbour and light up the surrounding hills and countryside. The views are mesmerising from the ferries, sailing boats and local cruisers coming and going.
