This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo sleeps 6 and is located in a gated community 3/4 of a mile from the beach. Unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

This condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your use.

Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area, 2 free parking spaces & free Wi-Fi. The beach is only a .6 miles away. Right across the street is Barefoot Landing which has tons of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. There's also Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile zoos in the world. Alabama Theatre is also at Barefoot Landing and features its own productions and superstars of country music while the House Of Blues brings in big name entertainment nightly.

April beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo! It was walking distance to dinning shopping and the beach. My boys loved the icecream shop beside the condos. We would definitely book this spot again in the future!

Overall stay I’ll give it a 7/10. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my overall stay I’ll give it a seven out of 10. Rooms were clean and cozy. My only complaint is the overhead kitchen light was not working. There is no overhead light for the queen bedroom. Some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen need to be replaced because they do not close properly. And some water damage in the cabinets. And it looks like there is to be some older stains in the carpet in the living room and bedrooms. It is an older building so I would say there needs to be some updates made. And the check in process was a little stressful because we were not given the correct gate code. We had to call maintenance to get the code.
