Strategic one-bed apartment just a 3-minute walk from the Central Station and the MiniMetrĂČ, which takes you to the city centre in 5 minutes. You'll have access to a private covered parking space if you have a car. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, sofa, and a spacious double bed. The fully electrified apartment has two air conditioners and an induction cooktop. Outside, you'll have shops, bars, and laundry below the apartment. Supermarket and gym are just 100 meters away.
Access to the building is from a private and quiet side street, separate from the urban chaos, where the parking spaces are also located. Specifically, there are several private parking spaces with remote-controlled barriers and a covered private garage. Additionally, there are numerous paid parking spots (blue zones) in front of the building.
The building features an elegant granite entrance and is equipped with 24-hour security. For getting up and down, there are two large elevators as well as stairs. Each floor has an additional glass door to ensure privacy and prevent access by strangers.

- Easily accessible also for people with mobility disabilities, as it is free of architectural barriers from any entrance you choose (garage or main entrance) and has two elevators. The home has no steps or particular obstacles.
