Welcome! This beautiful ground level condo in Fort Myers with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 king beds is all on one level. This condo is one of few that has NO STAIRS!. It offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen , TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a private lanai. There is a double car garage. The unit has AC, WIFI and a washer and dryer. Very quiet and peaceful.
At the stunningly beautiful Award Winning Paseo Community, you can enjoy numerous amenities like the Tiki Bar, Resort Pool with Hot Tub, a Lap Pool and Childrens Water Area. The Village Center offers free coffee each morning, an ice cream parlor, and a Pub with Billiards. Also at the Village Center is a library and business center. You can enjoy a movie and free popcorn at the 90 seat theatre. The gym located at Village Center is well equipped with machines and free weights, also a fitness studio offering classes.
