Room not clean at all if you took your shoes off your feet and/or socks were black in the bottom from all the dirt. We wiped the entire place down with Clorox wipes as it was just surfaces clean but had not been cleaned properly in between visits. It is a nice property it had been taken care of properly.

Thank you for your feedback. We aim to maintain high cleanliness standards across all properties and take concerns regarding housekeeping very seriously. According to our guest records, our local team communicated with you during your stay regarding a regional water outage affecting several units, but we were not notified of any cleaning or linens issues while you were on-site. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately if anything is unsatisfactory so our team can send housekeepers to re-clean or address concerns on the spot. Following your departure, our team inspected the property and reviewed our housekeeping protocols. We appreciate your comments as they help us refine our operations for future stays.

Lovely and great location!

Newly remodeled. Every bed was a king with a private bath! Very convenient to everything. Loved that the pool was directly across from the units. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Wonderful family experience

We had 2 grown sons and families including grown grandsons and their little ones. Plenty of room for everyone. The units were extremely clean and enjoyable, with nice views and close enough to everything we had planned to go to and see. Thank you for your hospitality!! We would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed our stay! Only thing I have negative to say is the doors were not child proof. I think a better locking system would be better!

On arrival, entry was easy. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. We rented the Great Escape Duo, 19 & 20. Instructions were on the refrigerator as to how to set the thermostat. Unit 19 was comfortable through out. Talking with my daughter on the way home I found that the front bedroom didn't seem as cool as the rest of the unit, but it worked. There were ceiling fans in all the rooms which I liked. The back master bath had a whirl pool sauna tub, didn't get a chance to use it, but would have been relaxing I'm sure. Nice kitchen, worked nicely for us, group of 5 in unit 19. Unit 20 was comfortable for the 4 1/4 family members who stayed in it. The thermostat instructions were different than those in unit 19, it wasn't as cool there. I was told the kitchen seemed bigger in unit 20, but I was happy with ours. The closet had allot of different games you could play and also extra bedding for the pull out couch. I believe there was a pack n play in there as well if someone would needed to use one. Washer & dryer in each unit. I had a few questions for the host and they were quick to respond and help with my needs. We were able to use the outdoor pool, it was very nice. Was clean and felt very refreshing. Indoor pool was equally nice, but was a bit too cold for our Lil one. Condo was close to allot of things. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us! We're so glad the Great Escape Duo was a great fit for your group and that both units provided the space and comforts you needed. It’s wonderful to hear that the easy entry, clean accommodations, well-equipped kitchens, games, extra bedding, and in-unit washers and dryers helped make your stay enjoyable. We’re happy you were able to take advantage of both the outdoor and indoor pools, and that the outdoor pool was a refreshing highlight for your group. We also appreciate your notes about the thermostat instructions and the temperature differences between the units. We’ll review this with our team to help ensure the information is consistent and the homes are as comfortable as possible for future guests. Thank you for sharing such a detailed review. We’d love to welcome your group back for another Branson getaway!
