- There are 3 elevators (across from each trash area) as well as stairs to access the unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

The property overlooks Table Rock Lake and is mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and local beaches. This means that thereâs an endless list of coastal activities to enjoy on and off the water! There is also a nice 1/2 mile trail along the lake. The home is about 7 miles from historic Downtown Branson, a hub of family-oriented tourism and entertainment. From live music festivals to eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries, there is something for everybody. Premier attractions include Dolly Partonâs Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.
Additionally, youâll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the areaâs top nature attractions including the White River Balds Natural Preserve. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
