The sunny 2 bedroom house boasts an exterior living area perfect for entertaining, equipped with a comfy sofa, bar & stools and bbq. It's lovely and sunny in the morning and perfectly shaded in the afternoon. It also has heating for cooler evenings.

The 2 bedroom house can be used as one, or it can be split into two parts by closing a door between the living areas. Each side has a bedroom and it's own bathroom and living and dining area. One side has the main kitchen and dining, with the Queen Bed, the 2nd side has a small kitchenette, the tv and a bedroom with two double beds. Both bedrooms are small but perfectly functional. Perfect for two couples, or a family with kids. There is a table tennis table that can be pulled out and used on the driveway. Skate boarding on the driveway is also a common occurrence here! There is a separate laundry off the garage, with storage space for surfboards and beach gear; there is a 3rd toilet off the space as well. Please note, the single garage is locked during your stay.
