There are 5 King sized bedrooms on the ground level of the home, and the upstairs has 5 more King sized bedrooms; two bedrooms with one bunkbed each; two bedrooms with two bunkbeds each; and a room with 2 full sized beds.

• Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
