THE HOUSE:
Mountain Modern Rustic Elegance describes this fantastic home located at one of the highest points on the mountain. It offers STUNNING 40-MILE VIEWS from multiple custom decks, all while enjoying exclusive privacy! This house is located at one of the best locations in the resort. It is an excellent house for large groups.

THE LOCATION:
Ideally located within the Massanutten resort at a premium location just minutes away from great restaurants, ski lifts, tubing, pools, water park, and all the mountain has to offer, but far enough away to ensure a welcome escape from the crowds. This location is considered the "High-End" area inside the resort.

MAIN ENTRANCE/GAME ROOM MID-LEVEL:
You will enter the home through the main entrance and the no-key SMART lock. There is a nice game room with comfortable furniture to enjoy sports on the 55-inch ROKU TV. The FOOSBALL table, new pool table and incredible retro 80s-style arcade machine are both close by for some friendly competition. Almost everything in the home is new, modern, and tasteful.

GREAT ROOM:
When you go to the next level in the home, you will be greeted by a 22-foot-tall ceiling with natural lighting from an abundance of huge windows. This room boasts a spectacular 40-mile view down the valley. Two whisper-quiet 65-inch ceiling fans move the fresh mountain air.
We have new furniture and decorations throughout the home. You will also enjoy a premium Italian leather sofa, love seat, and chair facing the 65-inch ROKU TV with hundreds of free channels running on High-Speed internet. This is not your typical yard sale-filled rental home; we have great custom furnishings in excellent condition.

TOP LEVEL-KITCHEN AND COOKING:
The modern chef's kitchen is loaded with all the best equipment, including some of the following:
Mr. Coffee and a commercial-grade Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, GIANT commercial-grade crockpot, 4-slot toaster, food dicer, mixer, NINJA blender, NINJA air fryer, microwave, and a whole pot and pan set, multiple baking pans, muffin pan, baking items, turkey pans, and tools. Complete high-quality knife set, multiple large serving platters, a large quantity of coffee/drinking cups, Wine glasses, openers, a considerable amount of plates, and plenty of utensils for 14 guests...we also have some Kid-friendly utensils.

•Our enormous 12-foot farmhouse dining table was custom-designed specifically for this home. This landing strip-sized table easily seats 12 guests and is the perfect setting for great family memories. A custom kitchen island seats an additional three guests only 8 feet away. The kitchen dining area is one very large open space.

•MASTER BEDROOM TOP-LEVEL:
Bedroom 1: Luxury king-size bed + colossal master bath with step-in shower. This room has a 12-foot ceiling, 50-inch smart TV, a computer desk, and a 40-mile view—stunning!

BEDROOMS MID-LEVEL:
Bedroom 2: Luxury queen bed/junior master. 50-inch smart TV. Excellent ski slope views from the side!
Bedroom 3- Two luxury queen beds, a 50-inch smart TV, and 40-mile views!
Bedroom 4- Two 14-inch thick twin XL beds long enough for adults! 40-mile views!

BEDROOM LOWER LEVEL:
Bedroom 5: This room has two luxury queen beds, a 50-inch smart TV, a private entrance, and a kitchenette. It has Great 30-mile views!

= 5 bedrooms, sleeping 14 comfortably in beds. Our bedrooms are comfortable and cozy.
All bedrooms have premium light-blocking blinds for late-night sleep-ins. We also provide premium mattresses, fantastic bed coverings, and king-size pillows on every bed!

PLEASE NOTE—-If you have 16 guests, two will sleep ON A HIGH-QUALITY air mattress

THIS HOME IS A PERFECT FIT FOR:
•Graduation Celebrations, Families with children, friends, and family reunions (especially Northern families meeting Southern families halfway), Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve celebrations, couples getaways, birthdays or anniversaries, wedding rehearsal groups, ski trips, etc. Our homes are an excellent fit for active people who like to get outdoors and enjoy the mountains.

•We seek only high-quality guests who will treat our properties like they own them. We are not a “party” home.

•Because of continued damage, you must be 30 YEARS OLD to book a reservation (no exceptions; please don’t ask). We do not rent to any kind of youth group, college-aged group, or fraternity for obvious reasons. If the signing guest is 30 and the majority of your group is under 30 years old, please e-mail us before booking.

• Parents cannot book for their kids and then be absent at check-in.

•INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING:
High-quality premium bath towels, hand towels, face cloths (16 of each per reservation), luxurious bed linens, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, 32 oz of high-quality shampoo per bath, 32 oz of high-quality body wash per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, and two trash bags.

•JMU Graduation requires a 4-night minimum stay
• Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve require a 4-night minimum night stay.

•For the safety of our guests, like any luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or school, we have two basic security cameras. 1 overlooking the front driveway only and the 1 facing the rear wooded lot of the home with NO VIEWS into the home (Against the law). Our commercial insurance company requires these two cameras in case of accidents and to check to see if the driveway needs to be plowed or if our cleaner has arrived. We respect our valued guests and give them COMPLETE PRIVACY at all times! All high-quality rental homes at Massanutten have outdoor security cameras.
