- High speed internet, WIFI, hot tub, walking distance to activity center with pool, stocked kitchen, air conditioning, fireplace, fenced yard, fire pit, washer and dryer, entertaining deck, ride in/ride out access for snowmobiling or side by sides.
Kitchen
- Cooking in the kitchen is a breeze with everything you would need at home while on vacation. Baking dishes, baking sheets, service dishes, kitchen utensils, measuring cups, dishes, silverware and glasses for your entire group, pots and pans, hand mixer, blender, crock pot, toaster, wine refrigerator, double oven, and more.
- The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings, olive oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, popcorn, sugar, non-dairy creamer, and more.
- The coffee station features a dual use carafe and K-Cup coffee maker, ground coffee, coffee filters, K-Cups, sugar, and non-dairy creamer.
Bathrooms
- Downstairs bathroom features 2 sinks, a shower, toilet with warm water and air bidet, an abundance of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- Upstairs youâll find a closed-door toilet room with tub and shower, as well as a dual sink vanity with an abundance of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bedrooms
- The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a King size bed, TV with Roku, ceiling fan, closet, and dresser.
- The private bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a King size bed, TV with Roku, ceiling fan, closet, and dresser.
- The family bedroom is located on the upper floor, and features 2 full futon/twin mattress bunk beds, a Queen size bed, TV with Roku, oversized beanbag chair, closet, and dresser.
Family Friendly
For the babies and toddlers, the cabin comes stocked with 2 portable gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as a high chair and pack ân play complete with fitted sheet. These are located in the lower entry closet. 2 sets of full futon/twin mattress bunk beds are in the upper family bedroom, with ladders to the upper bunk.
Pets
Our home is pet friendly, so donât leave part of your family at home. The yard is fenced and gated for their safety. We provide a waste pickup tool for disposal after your furry friends do their business, along with 2 bowls, treats, a leash, and waste bags. A pet fee of $50 per reservation will be assessed. We allow a maximum of 2 friendly dogs.
Roslyn Ridge Activity Center (RRAC)
The RRAC is a short walk away! The facility has a large pool, splash pad, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, a BBQ area, gym facility, and more. Entrance to the facility is $10 a day and is paid direct to the facility at the door in cash or check. Itâs open, weather dependent, from Memorial Day to Labor Day (these dates are subject to change at the operatorsâ discretion).
Security
Our home does have security cameras on the front of the home and a front doorbell camera for your safety and everyoneâs best interest. There are no recording devices inside the home or in the rear of the property.

We are the Jessen's. Welcome to our home. We've owned our home since 2015 and have always enjoyed the area sights, climate, small town charm, outside activities, and natural surrounding. We manage our own home, so we hope you enjoy the attention to detail we give it, the amenities we provide you for your stay, and the atmosphere we want you to relax in. While we do not live in the Cle Elum area, we are an hour away for critical issues or a phone call or message away from helpful tips or questions.
The "Upper Kittitas County" region is breathtaking. Mountains, Lake Cle Elum, hikes, snowmobiling and ATVing are just a few of the activities that are awaiting you outside the door. Snow, sun, wind, and rain are what make this area a true 4 seasons.
Family is what makes our world turn. We hope you came to relax, reconnect with your family and friends, pause for a weekend for you, and smell the crisp mountain air.

Roslyn Pines is located inside the Roslyn Ridge neighborhood just outside of Ronald in the Upper Kittitas County. It is a short walk to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center where you'll find a pool, tennis court, BBQs, hot tub, and more for a nominal access fee at the door. There are so many fun and exciting shops, restaurants, and bars nearby in Cle Elum, Roslyn, and Suncadia. Suncadia is only a 10 minute drive away, where you can experience Swiftwater Cellars, the golf course, ice skating, shops, spa, and hours of fun. Go for a hike in the expansive Pacific Northwest mountains and trails, or drive on to Speelyi Beach and enjoy Lake Cle Elum.

We love the relaxing feel the "UKC" (Upper Kittitas County) provides. Mountain views, hiking, recreational activities, nearby activity center with pool, all amounts for an abundance of fun and family time. A short drive from Suncadia without the cost!
