Delightful cottage on Dungeness Bay. A vacation rental made in heaven. Beach frontage and large patio with fire pit & hot tub, watch the stars and listen to the waves. Fully equipped kitchen.
Watch the stars and listen to the waves. Heaven. A delightful cottage on Dungeness Bay with no-bank, beach frontage and a large patio with a hot tub. Excellent location to breathe the salt air and enjoy the private beach. Family-friendly home with three bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. Two queen beds round out the remainder of the home. Propane fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. *Please be advised*  Because this house is so close to the beach, there is a bulkhead from the patio to the beach.  Some agility is required to access the beach.Â
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
Pet Policy: This is a Dog-friendly home & dogs under 50 Lb. are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement with the terms stated in our âPet Policyâ. Please contact Brigadoon Vacation Rentals regarding pet acceptance prior to booking & to receive a full copy of our âPet Policyâ. No cats or other pets allowed.
Hot Tub Notice: Please note that because we offer turnovers on this rental property, there may be times when the hot tub is not up to temperature at time of arrival due to necessary cleaning. In the event that this happens, the hot tub should be ready for use the following morning.
A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
