Du kan inte hitta en bättre plats för din familjresa! Detta vackra hus vid havet har en egen stor sandig bakgård, har privat tillgång till stranden och fantastisk havsutsikt. Sippa ditt morgonkaffe på de stora däcken medan du tittar på den vackra soluppgången. Dina barn kan leka i sanden precis framför dig medan du lagar mat på grillen. Ät alla dina måltider på det stora däcket med ett utomhusbord som generöst sitter 8, och har gott om extra sittplatser. Ta en kort promenad till Jenkinsons Boardwalk för mat, åkattraktioner och underhållning. Du har privat tillgång till delad strand med andra familjer i kvarteret. Vår strand ansluter till Bradshaw's Beach. Inga strandpass behövs.

This was our 5th year in a row staying at the house. There are 13 of us including myself, my husband, my children and their families. It’s a perfect location for us. Steps to the beach, not far from the boardwalk. The house is well stocked. My 5 grandchildren, ages 7, 6, 5, 5, 5 love the backyard. We also have a perfect view of the sunrise from the second floor deck. This year we had an unwelcome visitor named Erin which kept us off the beach for the latter part of our stay, but we still had a great time and made lots of happy memories. Looking forward to next year!

Second time staying at this home. Location is amazing, watched sunrise every morning, beach everyday, dolphins swimming by . Grandkids all together enjoying cousins. It’s all about family. Walk to boardwalk , mini golf, rides, games. Everyday another adventure . One complaint… it had to end! Miss it so much

Another perfect week at this perfectly located, very kid friendly and beautiful beach home. Our second go-round here and it just keeps getting better. We were 3 families plus Gaga and everyone had space to play and space to hide for quiet time.... with a so close beach which was easy to grab a kid for his afternoon nap while adult lounge in sandy yard, lower or upper deck! Can’t wait for our third go-round!!

Great house, great location, great owners

The pictures really do not do the inside of this house justice. Two big families stayed here so comfortably. The house is decorated nicely, and the owners have it thoughtfully stocked. The beach is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the sandy back yard and fire pit.

Another wonderful family vacation

This is the 4th year in a row we have vacationed at this house. It is perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 young children. The location can’t be beat- right on the beach with a private walkway. The house itself is wonderful. My grandchildren and I watch the sunrise from the upper deck and the lower deck is just right for gathering for dinner and drinks. I can’t think of a better place to make great family memories. We have already booked for next year!!

Family Vacation

Older home with some newer upgrades, but you can not beat the location. Host and Andyman the Handyman, who lives close by, were attentive to issues that did arise. Bedroom layout is ideal for close families with children. Lots of little amenities to help you enjoy your stay. We had a lovely week.

Kid friendly beach vacation

This house was spacious enough for “in house” quiet time and well as a sandy yard to watch kids from deck if not on the beach just over the dune… We loved every moment being together here with everything I wanted at our fingertips…. The house was well equipped and very clean! I’m looking forward already to our beach stay there!!

Perfect house for a family vacation

We loved the house, it was perfect for a family vacation with young kids. The house is spacious and clean, and the kids loved playing in the sand while the adults relaxed on the deck. The host was responsive and the house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. And it was an ideal location, quiet but a close walk to the boardwalk, even for little legs! We’re hoping to go back again next year!

A Beautiful Home For a Family Vacation

This is the third year in a row that we have rented this house for the same week in August. We are a group of 13- 8 adults and 5 children ages 5, 4, 3, 3, and 3. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and a better location! They provide so many amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, a very well stocked kitchen, a welcome snack bowl, a large washer/dryer and so much more. It cuts down on what we need to pack and makes things less stressful. The backyard is all sand and the kids have a ball playing in it. There is a private path to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Watching the sunrise from the upper deck in the mornings with my children and grandchildren is always a highlight. Anytime I reached out to the host, it took mere minutes to get a response and they were always so accommodating. We have already booked for year number 4 and look forward to making more wonderful memories!

Beach House Memories!

1209 Beach Front, Point Pleasant Beach has a special place in our family’s “best vacation destinations”! The house is located right on the beach - the owners stock the house with everything you need and a lot of things always forget. Great house, great location

We loved our stay in this home. We were impressed by the welcome package of snacks and drinks. The house was clean and directions for access and maintenance were easy to follow. The owners keep the home well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and beach towels/chairs which is very convenient. The fire pit was an added bonus!

High School Girls 45th Reunion

We were a group of 8 women who came together to attend our 45th high school reunion, and decided to make it a week-long gathering. We had a wonderful week at this property. The location and the weather could not have been more perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities to make it as comfortable as possible for us. There were many personal touches, from the basket of snacks and goodies left for us, to the personal size toiletries left in each bathroom. We really felt at home. We plan on making this an annual event for us. Many thanks to Susmitha for being attentive and prompt with answering questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect week!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The weather was wonderful and the house was big enough with bathrooms for each family. The house was very well equipped . Check in was late 5:30 so you lose a whole day.

Perfect family getaway

My husband and I booked this home for a getaway with my whole extended family - dad, mom, step-dad, aunts, uncles, cousins. The home was the absolute perfect location in Point Pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Private beach access. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, enough space for everyone to have their own area and catch some alone time if needed. We slept in the master bedroom and I’m still missing that view waking up in the morning. Thank you for a perfect week away!

Our Family Stay in Point Pleasant

This beach home was lovely, full of character and charm and tons of space- everywhere. It was also incredibly welcoming so many things that you would need for a beach stay were all there, the owners attend to thoughtful details. Everything is easy from renting, to check in and check out. The beach was beautiful and spacious. The location was ideal- so convenient to the boardwalk and restaurants and groceries. Thank you for sharing your home, our family had a wonderful time together and stay.

Great location, authentic beach house, room for all

Three generations converged from across the country for a weekend memorial to honor our grandmother who would take my dad and his brothers to Point Pleasant as kids. The house housed all four families with enough space for all and multiple areas to mingle. The young kids loved having essentially a giant sandbox for a backyard. Historic house that has been updated over the years to maintain a nice blend of old and new.

Oceanfront with spectacular views.

We were so impressed with this lovely well stocked home. Having the bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs all supplied was a treat. There was a large variety of dishware and cooking items. Plenty of space was available for a large crowd to gather in different areas of the home. Multiple bedrooms that suited all our needs. Large backyard was perfect for the kids. Short private walk to the beach made regular trips very convenient. The firepit was also an added treat.
