As soon as you reported the concern, we dispatched a licensed plumber to inspect the issue. After a thorough evaluation, they confirmed that the water heater was operating properly and that the hot water temperature was within its normal operating range. We have also not received similar reports from guests who stayed before or after your reservation, and the unit continues to produce hot water as expected. We understand that water temperature can be a matter of personal preference, and we're sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Guest comfort is very important to us, which is why we took your concern seriously and arranged for it to be inspected right away. Thank you again for your feedback.
