I wouldn’t recommend this it says no pets but dig hair or cat hair was around oven in kitchen ! They had to come back to try to clean ! Then the musky smell of mold or animals I asked them to come clean they just used a machine and left Lysol. After that the washer wouldn’t work unless the dryer ran but the dryer wouldn’t get hot and didn’t get fixed till the last day. We checked out earlier because the shower hose started leaked also in master bath and then they locked the pool down because the locks wouldn’t work till the gate so. O pool or hot tub for our last two nights. The only help we got was a maid helping dry the towels since we couldn’t get it done with the dryer in the room. They give no refunds or inconvenience money back due to the hassle of us leaving either.

Pleasantly Surprised

We have stayed at Pelican Isle for many years now but I must say, this is the absolute best condo we have ever booked. It was so well appointed from the patio furniture, kitchen appliances, and living room furniture to the extremely comfortable beds. Now that we have experienced 604, we will not be staying anywhere else for our yearly vacation to FL.

This condo doesn't come with beach service. The listing was misleading and we thought that it did. The Wifi has been changed and the check-in instructions were out dated and we called and no one answered. We found someone at the property desk that helped us.The room still had a bathing suit from the prior guest hanging on the door and the room had minimal kitchen utensils. The water pressure isn't great in the showers. We love this area, but will not rent at Pelican Isle in the future.

I do apologize for any disappointments here. This condo is not advertised with beach service and the rates reflect that. You can easily add it right out on the beach. Both WIFI and water pressure are out of my control but I am reporting both to the building supervisor. Thank you~Pinkie:)))

Beautiful place

I loved this property, beautiful view, beautiful condo, lovely furniture and design. The building management kept the building spotless. They had to shut the pool and hot tub down unexpectably, for five days of our trip, but the owner promptly offered us a reinburseursement for thosse days. Communication with them was always promt and helpful.

Sweet stay

This was the perfect location for the family wedding we were in town for. Close to restaurants, our venue, and of course, the beach! The view was amazing and relaxing. We had beach service daily and were steps away from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. The pool and hot tub were quiet as well. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the showers could have been a bit stronger, but that may have been because we were on the sixth floor! We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect. Right on the beatch with easy access to the water. There was a slight mix up with the beach chair rentals but with a quick call it was easily rectified. The main bedroom was adorable, clean and nicely decorated. Areas for improvement, the couch and rug in livingroom were stained an dirty. There was no soap in the bathrooms, the shower head was broken in the jacuzzi and the window was bolted shut in the second bedroom. Finally the dishwasher smelled moldy. Re-washed all of our dishes by hand to play it safe.

We have stayed at Pelican Isle several times and have always enjoyed our experience. It’s a quiet, relaxing property, and we absolutely love the beachfront view from the condo. The beach service is also excellent!My only complaints during this stay were that there were black marks on the sheets and pillowcases on both beds, and the couch is definitely showing some wear and tear from being well loved.Overall, we really enjoy staying at Pelican Isle and would definitely stay here again!
