This place was just what we needed for a family to stay during memorial service for our matriarch. Sweet quiet neighborhood, 5 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen, off street parking - all good!

The VRBO rental was perfect for our family of seven. Everything was as described and the neighborhood is wonderful. The grocery store coffee shop lunch spot right around the corner. The only thing we had difficulty with was figuring out the TV but Marc did come and help us

Perfect for family

This property was in a lovely safe neighbourhood with groceries, restaurants and parks close by. The five bedrooms were perfect for our extended family staying in Boston to attend the Marathon. Mark was very prompt to attend to any issues we had. It was an unusually hot April weekend and Mark came with an AC unit immediately to cool upper floor. We enjoyed the living space as it was very roomy. Mark was attentive and helpful. The one recommendation I would have is to leave a guest information book with maps, subway map and how to get to it and perhaps some restaurant and tourist suggestions. We will happily return if we get another qualifier in the Marathon!

Clean; comfortable; and well-equipped

Mark's place was clean; more spacious than photos showed; allows for multiple cars to park in a line; in a neighborhood very close walk to lovely Fresh Pond loop. Hard to find 5 bedroom places with full and queen beds in this area and this was perfect. Mark also went out of his way to assist at one point. Really helpful.

Great space

The property was a perfect spot for us. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable & the location was great! Walking distance to a grocery store (which by the way has wine, beer & liquor!), a great bakery/cafe & a delicious local restaurant. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town for The Head of The Charles Regatta. You do have to be able to walk up steps as this is the upstairs unit of a duplex, but it is a great space

Handled all 7 of us!

Visited for 6 days for BC graduation. We used 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nice section of Cambridge. Beds were comfortable but lacked top sheets. TV was big. Keurig coffee maker was a savior. Clean older house. Some creaky floors added to charm but may not be for everyone. Kitty and Mark are very responsive owners and we would definitely rent from them again.

The house was very comfortable and roomy for our family of seven. Kitty and her husband are terrific and were very helpful to us newcomers to the Boston area. They helped make our first trip to Boston a success. I give them and their beautiful home five stars.

This home is perfect for any family to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and live just next door so if you need anything at all it was very easy to obtain. The home was extremely well maintained, and a couple block walk from star market and a few restaurants, and very close my family's home walking along fresh pond. I would highly recommend staying here for a few days or a week, whatever the time needs are.

Beautiful!!

Everything was fabulous and the owners were very accommodating! They even made us cookies! They were able to be reached by text easily. The house was beautiful as perfect for our 8 person family. The ONLY con was that if you are looking to cook, you may need to bring some supplies. We needed a cheese shredder, a cutting board, and a mixing bowl atleast. They do have pans and spatulas, and place settings for 8 however. Just plan accordingly! Overall, everything was Great!
