The Space:
Step inside our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern chalet, where classic alpine charm meets sleek, contemporary design. Alpine Chic’s open-concept living and dining areas, adorned with soaring cathedral ceilings, create an inviting space perfect for entertaining or unwinding with loved ones. The well-appointed full-size kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, while the expansive dining table and breakfast bar provide ample seating for gatherings. An additional pull-out sofa in the living room offers extra accommodations for guests.

The Primary Bedroom, perched in a second-floor loft, boasts a plush king size bed, and a private ensuite featuring a luxurious soaker tub and stand-up shower. The main-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and complemented by a second three-piece bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Complete your Alpine Chic experience with a tranquil balcony, ideal for summer BBQs and leisurely relaxation overlooking the rolling bent grass fairways of Monterra Golf Course.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo except for a few locked owner closets.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course and stunning million dollar homes. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool you can use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:
Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

Blue Mountain Village is accessible by a free shuttle service, walking / biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is a public space and is shared with other guests staying at the resort.
