Enjoy the tranquility of Governors Creek or venture out to the St Johns River with ease, thanks to the boat dock and accommodating fixed bridges—perfect for small boats like pontoons. After a day on the water, unwind on the back screened patio or bask in the Florida sun on the open-air patio in the private backyard. If you prefer land-based activities, the surrounding area is excellent for walking and biking.

Bring along your furry friend! With approval and the necessary fees paid, we welcome one well-behaved pet to join your getaway. The spacious driveway accommodates a single boating trailer and up to three cars, ensuring convenience for all your travel companions.

Whether you`re gathering for a family meal or simply lounging after a day of fishing, the interior is designed for relaxation. Retire to well-appointed bedrooms after a day of outdoor adventures. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed with an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom features another queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a cozy double bed and a twin bed. The second and third bedrooms share a tub-shower combo bathroom.

As needed - for our longer term guests- we visit the home each 30 days and book 30 days at a time. Let us know if you would like to stay longer so we can accommodate blocking for you



We are close the the small town center of Green Cove Springs and just south of both Magnolia Golf Course and Fleming Island with loads of activities. The home is located on a quiet small street without a lot of traffic.



Having a vehicle is recommended for this area. We do have Uber and Lyft for ride share but we are not in a heavily populated area



Pets and children should not go near water without supervision. Florida Water Wildlife should not be approached or captured



Please be advised that this property is offered strictly as a short-term residential rental. Any use of the premises for commercial purposes—including but not limited to podcasting, content creation, coaching sessions, retreats, events, professional photography or videography, or other business-related activities—is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the property owner or manager in advance.

As such, we do not collect security deposits or enter into landlord-tenant relationships governed by long-term occupancy laws.
